Sebastien6221 Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 I am not sure where I should be posting this, but I can't post anything but text on here, no pictures, no links, no anything, do you have to be a certain kind of member, or? Quote
Dane Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 Have you flipped your post box to bb code only? 1 Quote
Oldiesmann Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 Also, are you using Internet Explorer 11? Reports have been that the editor doesn't work with IE11 due to the code not knowing what browser it is. If that's the case, using an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome will fix your issue as well. 1 Quote
flightoffear1996 Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 Even if your not having issues with IE11 you should switch to Chrome or FireFox. IE11 is a horrible browser. 8 Quote

The Interpreter Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 FireFox is a registered service mark and/or trademark of Mozilla. As such, it is always capitalized. Quote
thedevariouseffect Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 For some reason the title of this thread made me think of this, tehe.. 2 Quote
homestar92 Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 FireFox is a registered service mark and/or trademark of Mozilla. As such, it is always capitalized. You are correct, but Mozilla only capitalizes the first "F", as seen on their site http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ 1 Quote
Sebastien6221 Posted April 7, 2014 Author Posted April 7, 2014 if capitalization was so important, then in the url capitalization would matter as well. Quote
thedevariouseffect Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Sigh..Why are you arguing over stuff like this.. Nit picking little things such as that is childish and honestly a waste of time. Capitalize URLs all you want, they'll immediately go lowercase as soon as the domain is reached more than likely, if you'd like to get technical. So can we all move on, and not act like 16 year olds with a grudge and get onto something more resourceful. Compliance is mandatory on posts here by users, end of story. 3 Quote
Oldiesmann Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 It's lowercase because that's how Mozilla decided to do things. If you try to capitalize Firefox in the URL, you'll get an error page instead. 1 Quote
