Magenta Lizard
I was fortunate enough to get to see the first two public shows of this at KI yesterday. All the dogs that perform were rescued from shelters, then trained a variety of tricks. The dogs are clearly enjoying themselves and are intensely interested in the frisbees. Getting the frisbee is clearly their reward, even for the tricks that don't necessarily involve catching one. You get to learn a little bit about each dog's history, and the history of the flying disk catching sport. Mostly, it is an opportunity to watch dogs enjoying themselves doing some pretty amazing things! If you like dogs, this show is a definite must-see!

The Interpreter
Perhaps the best show I ever saw at NJFTP was a household pet/bird act. At least I know they won't be lip syching a musical revue. I think. The dogs don't, do they?

disco2000
This probably better fits under the Guests say the darndest things thread, but I heard some folks behind me today say the dog show is developed by the same folks that did the Cirque shows up in the Paramount Theatre. I guess acrobats is acrobats and Paramount bought the park or paid naming rights for the theatre
BoddaH1994
I found the show pretty meh, but the dogs are cute. Worth a watch, but not groundbreaking. You get to pet the dogs afterward, so there's that.
