KI opening weekdays in 2018?

Hello peoples,

 

I am trying to plan a trip to Kings Island in early 2018. I was trying to find a calendar that showed when the park opens during the week. I cant seem to find a listing of when the park opens during the week from past years.  Does anyone know, or have a good guess of when the park will open during the week in 2018?  When did the weekly operations start in 2017/2016?

Generally in my experience the daily operations begin second week of May and the water park last week of May

I'd say recently on average, it seems the park has been opening somewhat close to Easter (and/or mid to late April) and the full week operations start slightly before mid-May.  Daily 10 am-10 pm almost always starts when Soak City opens around Memorial Day weekend.

I think this really depends on when schools let out so they have enough workers to be open daily.

IIRC, the last several years, first week of Monday-Thursday operations has been the 3rd week of May. 

However, what has happened in the past may not happen in the future.
