Kings Island was doing this last year.  I know there was a kiosk by Flight of Fear where you could purchase a single use Fastlane for either Flight of Fear or Orion.  I believe that there was also a kiosk in Planet Snoopy selling some single use Fastlane passes for some Planet Snoopy rides.

KI did this last year for at least two ride combos - FoF/Orion, Flying Ace/Woodstock Gliders and I believe Diamondback/Mystic Timbers as well. Not surprised to see it expanding.
