Pushing out Reilly this soon would be a HUGE mistake when none of this is his fault! Most if not all of the financial issues are the fault of leadership before him. You can't expect someone to come in and wipe out 5 billion dollars debt overnight! Also they literally just replaced most of the board. JANA may need to be the ones to go.

Definitely Phantom Theater: Opening Nightmare! Yes, there are "wish list" ideas of mine, but I definitley feel it was done well! I also think the July 4th event was done fairly well despite basically being thrown together by corporate. I said before that 4th of July needs to be more than just "come experience the park as usual and stay for a bigger fireworks show" and they did more by having very good decor, special food offerings, as well as patriotic themed characters, photo opportunities, and entertainment! I also am very thankful they changed the International Street music back to being orchestral tracks which is something I have been begging for awhile and am glad they listened! Now I hope they build off of that and add more to the I-street playlist over time. If there's one song I would remove, it would be that piano piece (idk what the name of it is). It feels too much like the jazz to me. I think the music played should be grand orchestral pieces like what you hear in movies. It adds to the reveal of I-street. I'm also glad they changed the main park playlist as it was the same songs since 2022 as well. Now my wish is to get the Planet/Camp Snoopy playlist swapped out with Vince Guaraldi music and then swap out the Rivertown playlist with actual bluegrass instead of bluegrass pop covers. With all this in mind, I think 2027 is going to be the most important season for the park from a guest experience perspective. Like KI is imo dangerously close to a mass boycott based on what I've seen on the pass groups as well as tower topics video comments! Like as diehard fans we cannot let our love for the park cause us to not hold the park accountable! Like the longer the park goes without a major attention grabbing attraction and if the guest sentiment continues to decline, I see attendance plummeting in 2027/28 to a point where it'll be hard to build it back up! Like it's not just a few park superfans who nitpick everything that are noticing the declining guest experience. The general public who are the majority of the park's revenue source are also noticing! The park cannot rely on the "They'll come anyway" mentality anymore! People are taking note of that and will take their money elsewhere if nothing changes!

I really don't see this current Six Flags putting another Drop Tower in a park that already has one especially putting a smaller one in when KI already has a 300 plus foot one. Personally, I think if Six Flags bought along with Arie the Intamin package and Switchback here's where I think they'd potentially end up: AF1 - Carowinds (South gate area expansion of Aeronautica) I think also Harley Quinn from SFA would go to Carowinds. 7 inversion multi launch - KI (Either Vortex site which would need to be leveled or Action Zone) Spinner - KD (GoKart area in Old Virginia) Switchback - Dorney (heard rumors of their chute the chutes being on the chopping block) Half Pipe + Drop Tower - Great Adventure (Shoreline Pier/Boardwalk Phase 3)

Here me out: ArieForce One to Carowinds. I've seen multiple videos on it and imo after much thought it makes more sense to put it there. Sorry KI fans. However not all hope is lost: How about KI gets that 7 inversion Intamin multi launch coaster that's for sale for under 15 million dollars. Plus it has green track I believe which would be ironic (iykyk).

I'm starting to get concerned about the future of John Reilly. Based on discussions on here, other forums/discussion board, Tower Topics videos, and people actually in the industry. John Reilly has a very strong vision for the company based around enhancing the guest experience and we've seen that with focus group meetings at select parks as well as bringing back Christmas events at GAdv and Over GA after the previous regime axed them. However, with the stock continuing to plummet along with the decreasing guest sentiment surrounding the brand recently mainly due to X2, I have a very bad feeling shareholders may try and push him out which I would hate bc a lot of this stuff is not his fault, but more the fault of his predecessors going back like 20 years.

Last time I checked Ken Parks still runs the planning and design team and he has done a good job with storytelling in the recent Six Flags projects.

That right there is why having so many parks in one chain is not a good idea. Especially a mix of very big and small parks. Under Cedar Fair now merged with Six Flags there just isn't room in budgets to invest in these smaller parks when you have these big destination parks that need investment year and year out.

I believe I saw that the clearing at Carowinds is for a storage area similar to what Fury sits on.

Also the fact they're also saying 2029 is there's likely a lot of unknowns about permitting and the timeline of dismantling the ride and shipping it to its new home. In fact didn't ArieForce originally get delayed a year bc of permitting issues down there? However, I feel if it ends up at KI or Carowinds they shouldn't have much in terms of problems of permitting. I also think since they said they plan to announce the new home later this year that we'll start seeing parts showing up at its new home later this year and they may want to announce it before it becomes obvious. May want to keep our eyes out and look for survey markings/land prep later this fall to see if we find any potential clues.

I think it goes into Area 72 behind Orion using the leftover Firehawk and Dinos area and goes towards the storage area towards the river if it comes to KI. The new Six Flags is big into making their new major rides fit a themed area. AF1 would fit the theme of Area 72 perfectly. That's part of why I think KI and Carowinds are the front runners right now for this.

I've been saying everywhere basically that those who are "expecting" Tuesday's announcement to be ArieForce One or a major capital program announcement are setting themselves up for disappointment. We seriously need to keep our mind open here and not immediately jump to conclusions. This is kinda turning into the antique car announcement 2.0 where so many people were expecting it to be a reborn of Son of Beast bc of "teasers" up at Cedar Point which weren't teasers and everyone complained that the park "overhyped" it or "trolled" us when really the enthusiasts overhyped it for themselves.

The exit is on the load side and the load side in on the exit side. Also in ETR's video, the rumors he's hearing is Six Flags may be eyeing a 3rd train and doing an unload station like Wildcat's Revenge. Sadly, this may mean the finale may be altered. Remember, take everything with grain of salt as he may be wrong or plans could change. I feel they would do everything at once. If they were to make a new area out behind Banshee they would want an anchor to get people back there.

I was actually just thinking about this. I feel like if they did the 2nd one, they would make it another Bat or WWC and just build a long pathway out to it. Like what they probably would do is demolish the SOB station and have the path start where SOB's old queue is currently and have it wrap under Banshee's turn there where part of the service road goes and then have it wrap up the hill into a new plaza. Think what Holiday World did with Thunderbird. If the park did that I would hope they would add a restroom and a restaurant/drink stand out there and maybe relocate/add a used flat ride or 2 there, but knowing how the park can't keep things open or fully stocked, I don't think would do this or do it properly.

I watched the video and he put 2 different potential locations. One in Area 72 replacing some of the maintineance buildings and the parade float tent which I don't see happening for obvious reasons. The other is back behind Banshee and he mentioned he heard a pre merger rumor of the park potentially expanding the park's footprint to connect A72 and Action Zone which I don't see happening as KI can't even staff the park consistently as is. What makes you think they'd be able to staff a major expansion like that?

There's also a rumor that Enchanted Parks was outbid for it, but again take with huge grain of salt.

I believe it stays in the US, but I would be completely shocked if KI gets it. However, I have heard rumors that Six Flags bought it, but there are rumors of every park chain so take with grain of salt

If X2 goes, I fear that plot will sit empty for awhile like Vortex. They're building a thrill glider for next year.

Yeah I think it's time for the park to pull the plug and build something else there. Even if they get the green light to open it, I feel like the ride has too bad of a reputation now. Remember with Son of Beast, the park got the green light to reopen it, but Greg Scheid said no way after test riding it and the park didn't want anymore bad press from the ride.

Meanwhile markers have been popping up with column and station labels at Canada's Wonderland in recent days where Time Warp was. Unless that project was already planned pre merger, but again I feel like 2028 capex planning timeframe would be far enough removed from the merger.

I appreciate Brandon's passion, but I take anything he says with a grain of salt. I don't think this means KI or CP will be neglected one bit. They're still 2 of the top performers in the chain and plus there will still be an office in Sandusky. Now Carowinds on the other hand, I think is in KD territory post 305 as Copperhead didn't move the needle the way Fury and Intimidator (Thunder Striker) did. They have to have a good season next year with Rip Roarin Falls or they risk falling into the WOF/Dorney/Valleyfair territory in this new chain.

At this point I'd be happy if some billionaire who likes theme parks comes and buys the 4 former Paramount Parks and starts another KECO. Maybe us fans should start a petition and campaign for it
