Colleen, IMO, is extremely qualified and the right choice! Having witnessed her leadership style, her love for guests and associates, I am confident in her ability to lead.  

The night before opening day at CP this year, I ran into her on the Magnum Trail with other employees. She was on the phone, but she paused her conversation to say hello to me and ask if I was excited for the upcoming season. I've known Colleen for several years through a mutual friend and got to know her even better under Carrie Boldman's leadership. I never expect to be treated as anyone other than a typical guest...but she always makes me feel welcome in/around the park.

Maybe....could be that it's not an official press release, but written via CPFoodBlog on the Sandusky Register platform.

Probably changed the title to say it is a new position with a totally different pay scale.
