jjmisskick Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 Ok I know you guys are gonna think I'm sooo stupid asking this. yeha I'm very clueless at times haha anyways! I noticed in some pictures of the IJST that the harnesses are the same as on Flight of Fear...are there any inversions in IJST and if not...why would they need that kind of harness...couldent they have the same kind as The Beast and The Racer? Quote
TheKlockster Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 They wouldn't have the same restraints as Beast and Racer because they are not PTC trains. They are Premier, and that is Premier's restraint. Quote
Gordon Bombay Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 There are no inversions, like klockster said.....its a premeir ride so it uses premier restraints Quote
BoddaH1994 Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 Yeah -- same reason that a Camero has the same seat belts as a Cavalier... it's a manufacturer's standard. Quote
Vortex Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 Thats odd I thought the IJSC had a loop. Look realy hard when the cars come out in to the splash down. Quote
Gordon Bombay Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 If it had a loop it wouldnt be rated a mild thrill ride Quote
PKI Foodguy Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 it would be like JTR, level 4 ride! JTR? Quote
robintodd Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 No, No loop, but the track does bank perpendicular to the ground. Quote
Legend Rider Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 it would be like JTR, level 4 ride! JTR? Ha ha ha ha, search the forums, find "What is JTR?" Quote
PKIVortex Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 I see what he is getting at. IJST has the foot bars like FOF does. Why does it have the foot bars if it doesn't have a loop. SOB doens't have the foot bars like FOF, so you would think that the bars would look like SOB's and not have the foot bars. Quote
flightoffear1996 Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 It is just a precaition these days you can never be to careful with the general public. Quote
