StXsteven
This is more of a poll, but the people I talk to on here, are usually under this topic. Remember the door for curse of the crypt? The blue dog/bull/thing? Don't you think they could add that onto Psycho path and add a mummy maze or something?
Captain Nemo
They could, But it's cool how it is.
Dane
I don't think its waterproof, thats a problem with much of the leftovers from Curse of the Crypt.
StXsteven
Oh, I never thought of that. I'm allowed to day dream... haha. I just liked Curse of the Crypt, the darkness made it hard to find which way to go with out hitting a wall.

You will honestly not believe how many hot chicks we scared to death in there. I could've sworn I made at least four or five SUPER-HOT ladies cry in there with pitch-black settings. StXsteven
HAHA, I don''t know why, but curse of the crypt made fearfest in the begining, thats why I feel fearfest has dropped alot this year. They got rid of a great haunt, and edited the maze of madness to be a boring walk.
PKIbabe89
I do miss COTC That was one of my personal favs. Actors were really good!
RingMaster
I do miss COTC Â That was one of my personal favs. Actors were really good! ^(takes a bow) Thank you, thank you... Seriously, though, the Crypt idea has been around since FearFest's inception in 2000 as The Mummy's Revenge. But I guess that's just what PKI should be known for-taking out good attractions and replacing them with mediocre ones.
hauntguy
The facade is waterproof... it has to be! The foam that comprises the facade is/was hardcoated before installation. It's kind of a haunt standard that all facades be waterproof or they would not last an entire season. As for me, I hated CotC... it was too dark and the theming was confusing! I for am sort of glad to see it go. Maze of Madness is still one of better haunts at Fearfest. My group got lost and had to turn around countless times, it was alot of fun! -Hauntguy

They got rid of a great haunt, and edited the maze of madness to be a boring walk. ^thats not entirely true. Originally in 2000 the egyption themed maze was the mummys revenge and it was behind phantom theater. Then when it moved to coney mall curse of the crypt was put in where plate break is now, then in 2003 it moved to were it was last year. In my opinion and my roommates, mummy's revenge was the best attraction in 2000, and ever since then none has topped it.
StXsteven
I didn't mean where it was located, yes it was in adifferent place at one time, but it was still pretty much the same attraction.
DeLorean Rider
Dude curse of the crypt wasnt nearly as good as the mummys revenge. I cant explain it, but i was never more scared in any fearfest attraction than in the mummys revenge.
StXsteven
I went in muumy's revenge. I liked the paroh's more than the mummies, it was scarier when it was mummies revenge, but it was still a good haunt not worth getting rid of. PsycoPath
No offense, but COTC sucked. It was boring, the decorations were lame and the actors weren't exactly the cream of the crop.

I hate the FearFest managers there; they think that they can boss people around just because they get paid more than the actors and the managers just stand around and do nothing. Has anyone seen any photos of Six Flags Fright Fest? I know screamscape.com has some. I think it's an insult that they have that much detail in their event considering their financial status as of now, whereas we have plenty of money but we just waste it for other things. ...Sorry, just had to vent there for a sec... PsycoPath
Each manager has their own style of managing. Some are very strict, while others give you a little more free range when you are performing. But alot of it comes down to how much you can actually do, between crossing the line of good performer and assault.

I hate the FearFest managers there; they think that they can boss people around just because they get paid more than the actors and the managers just stand around and do nothing Ummm....if I'm not mistaken they are called MANAGERS.....that means that they are there to Boss you around....they are your Boss!! You obviously have not seen what those manages have to deal with on the outside of the attractions. Everytime I walk passed one I see them running around, or talking to security about a guest incident, or dealing with problems in the que line, let alone taking responsibility for all the performers and the overall quality of the attraction. They are strict because they have to be....thats the only way to keep the problems under control and keep PKI's haunted attractions safe for everyone. lostgirl
I have to agree with him, when my manager isn't trying to watch out for crazy people and asking them to leave or calm down he's either trying to fix a prop check up on all our actors and their safety walking through to check on the visitors safety and making sure nothing is falling off the walls or stolen. He's constantly running around with a staple gun and tape trying to get our house to last untill matinence can get to it.
Gordon Bombay
Are both sides of the Action FX theatre open? I was reading the map the other day during work and it was describing the NICK or TREAT attractions and it said there was a kiddy 3d show or something with moving seats. Are they showing that instead of Spongebob currently?
TheKlockster
Yes - Spongebob is GONE.

ZosoBeast
Are both sides of the Action FX theatre open? Yep! Funhouse on the left, Elivira on the right. Funhouse being the much better show IMO!
CoastersRZ
Fun House is not 3d. It is a fun little ride though. Both movies are far better than Dracula`s Castle that they had on side B last year!
teenageninja
No one knows more about Dracula's Haunted Castle then I... It was a horrid ride. It was probably the worst thing I have ever seen in my entire life.

Exactly! I don't think some people realize how much goes into keeping things running smoothly. Obviously, you can't have the house without the scares, but there is so much more to keeping things organized.
