Premier Rides is the Manufacturer.

I think he is talking about the person who designed it. I am unsure who it was but i'm sure it is somewhere on the internet.

Werner Stengel is the Designer of the ride.

Yes, but I believe that locally based RSL Commercial Architecture drew up the plans for the buildings and support structures for IJST (as well as the renovation to Happy Days Diner)> I know RSL has done extensive work at the park (Face Off`s station and queue building, Flight of Fear`s building, the Animation Station in HB, and several buildings out in Boomerang Bay.)

oh well he was probably lieng.

thanks!

The initial idea/concepts where created by paramount parks out of L.A. working for paramount parks out of the paramount pictures plaza. This is the same team that comes up with majority of the concepts that you guys see in the online concept polls. They oversaw the creation of the ride and worked with the engineering companies (premier etc) to have the ride match thier ideas towards the final product of the ride. Premier just made the track. I know one of the lead designers posts on here occasionally but im not sure if he really would want to identify himself or not.

Paramount Parks is based in Charlotte, NC, not LA and they are not based in the Paramount Pictures Plaza. Paramount Parks Design and Entertainment comes up with the ideas for the new attractions. Then they turn to ride manufacturers and architectural firms to select a ride and associated buildings that fit the type of attractions they select. For example, Premier Rides designed the track and trains for IJST, while RSL did all the buildings associated with IJST (the station, tunnel, etc.)

O I want to talk to the desginer guy. IF he would like to PM that would be great. Dont worry I wont tell any one else who you are.

Really? I thought that Paramount Parks was based in Charlotte NC. Now I understand they may get concepts from Paramount Pictures out in California, but according to what Rickster said, Paramount Parks is also based out there? What am I missing?

OK I have this question why we are talking about this.

Viacom owns Paramount owns Nick. Nick made Double Dare and what not. If they made that why in the world could you go to Florida at Unviersal Studios and be apart of a live taping. It jsut doesnt make sense to me.

Where they film TV tapings is a totally different story. If I remember correctly, Nickelodeon used to claim to be based out of Orlando when I was younger.

Also, Paramount Parks is based out of Charlotte, NC and Paramount Pictures is based out of LA/Hollywood/whatever. Now, I know the designer that Ricky's talking about is based out of LA and they also mentioned that Paramount special effects guys work on a lot of the special concepts now, so it's quite possible that our rides, shows, and attractions could be coming straight from the badlands of Hollywood now.

Very nice question you asked. I have no idea who did..

The original concepts and ideas came from a team in L.A. Now they just had the idea and the renderings on paper of what they wanted. They then talked to diffrent companies concerning the electrical engineering, plumbing etc to work the engineering aspects around the design aspects. Im just saying where the concepts came from which of course they would then have to work with the companies premier etc to figure out what they could customize and what might already work to fit the general idea and concept.

Earlier this Fall, Universal took out Nick Studios in Universal Studios. The only thing Nick is the Jimmy Neutron 3D Show like our FX Theater.
