Buckeye-Beast
I found this on ebay, and it looks fishy to me, how about you? http://cgi.ebay.com/KINGS-ISLAND-2-Adult-A...1QQcmdZViewItem Which season? Sellers location is New Albany, IN. But he says he moved to FL, and did you know there is another Kings Island according to him? Not to mention almost $8.00 for shipping for something that will fit in an envelope.

BoddaH1994
Those tickets don't really look familiar, plus how long has it been since there was $24 admission? 15 years?
cewldre
I saw plenty of people with those types of tickets last year. They just swipe them now. Granted, I work at the park and haven't bought a ticket in at least 6 years, so I may just be imagining it, but I believe the park started using those along with paper tickets 2 years ago. Not saying those tickets are good, because I wouldn't know that.
BoddaH1994
I've actually never seen those before at all. Hopefully you're right. It's hard to keep track of those darn paper ones. lol
crazypkikid2005
Yea ive seen some like that i had to clean a ton of them up last year.
coasterville
The problem with buying any kind of park ticket on eBay is the fact that the park doesn't tear or otherwise destroy the ticket at the gate. The park merely scans the barcode, yes this will prevent repeat use of the ticket, but the buyer has no way of telling if the ticket has been used or not. Ya pays your money, ya takes your chances. thejoker8388
Well I don't know what year those tickets are for but last year I bought the exact same looking ticket one time I went. I also believe that when I bought it, it was only $26 or something like that because they had a special offer going if you bought the tickets at Blockbuster. The only thing suspious though is that I think I remember the ticket saying that it was only good for the operating season that it was purchased and since I don't think they have those tickets on sale yet they may be expired. But like I said I'm not positive of that.
PKI_Diana
They sell those type tickets at blockbuster and at meijer.
PKIVortex
Yeah I was also wondering about that. I bet the tickets are invailid now, if they were bought during last year's season. On the question and answers part of the item on ebay, it says something to this effect. Ticket is good for anyday during the season that ticket it bought. If ticket is bought after the season is over, ticket would be good for any day during the next season. So from that I would gather that the ticket is no longer good, and he even said that if the tickets were rejected at the gate that he would give the buyer a full refund. Yeah I wouldn't want to buy these tickets, good thing I have a season pass.
Ben
I have seen those before to. They sell them at some Speedways, Meijer, and Blockbuster. Funny thing though, there's a Speedway in Sandusky that sells these exact one day tickets.

TheKlockster
LMAO! What is an idot? Best bet is to buy them from PKI. Some of the tickets you find online are the Seasonial Associate Benefit tickets - in which case those are illegal. They cannot be sold. Kenban
Well its a little late making a comment now seeing as how the item is already sold but here goes. It sounds like a real ticket except its one that is going to no longer be valid. First someone asked about the fine print "Present for entry during the park's public operating season for the same park season as when the card was purchased." If he just so happened to purchase it after the park closed for the year then its valid for one day the next year. Later someone asks if the ticket would be valid this year and the guy says yes. The funny part comes when someone asks when the ticket was purchased and he says 2003 although he does say he called the 1-800 number and claims they say its still valid. Since the ticket was purchased in 2003 assuming it was purchased after closing for the year it would only be valid through 2004. I would not risk it and hope the park takes it or hope the seller will give you your money back months later.

CoastersRZ
Well, technically it is illegal to resell any tickets to Paramount`s Kings Island. Associate tickets or otherwise. I believe that all tickets have a disclaimer saying "This ticket may not be resold."

TheKlockster
I Never Trust E-Bay you never know if it is a hox!!! What? I love some of the things you find on eBay. A grilled cheese sandwich with an image of the Virgin Mary on it. And then you can't forget the item listed as "I will kick your ass." Thats right, the winning bidder payed this guy to fly out to his house, break in and kick his ass. And people were bidding on it. KNowing some of the people on ebay you will not get a refund. It is tuff luck. Not only did you buy one but you didn't get your money back either? Man that really sucks. I bet you were pretty disappointed...
