I don't know if it was anyone from this PKIC but there was a guy with a camera and someone waiting in the car waiting for the cameraperson.

He said, yes, he is 99.99% sure it is. Also there are bright neon green metal tubs over by the construction area in the parking lot. Was not able to drive over there and see it. Mike
