I know they do that at Cedar Point. Do they do that at other Cedar Fair parks? If they institute that at Kings Island, I could see The Beast getting a DJ. On weekends, and during FearFest, the lines for that ride can get rather long.

AHHHHH!!! I cant stand those cats, i always remember them waiting in line for Drop Zone and i couldnt stand their dumb singing. I was always a big fan of the videos they would play and i would go home and download them and listen to them for hours reminicsing about Kings Island.

One of the best things about Six Flags Great Adventure, and I ain't kidding, is that the Q-TV's are all broken! :)

I hope they disappear at Kings Island, along with the advertising and movie posters...

And yes, I'd LOVE to see deejays, but only if the volume of the music they play isn't such that one's fillings in one's teeth rattle! :)

The TV's would be nice if the media department would do frequent updates, and not show the same thing on a 1/2 hour loop season after season.

At CP, Mantis has a double sided giant TV screen, and the first season it was nice. But year after year of Love Shack gets rather annoying. If the parks are going to spend money on such things, they really need to be updated.

I know I might be alone with this opinion but I thought these cats were pretty funny. I actually enjoyed some of the spots on QTV. They provided a little bit of fun during the longer waits of the summer months.

I always found the tv's in the line to be annoying. You can hardley see the screens, assuming that they are even on. I'd just rather people watch myself, but hey, that's just my opinion. As far as the cats go, can anyone find the Welcome to the Jungle one?

I did not mind the cats... infact they are what imho keep Kings Island togeather. I never knew the world hung by such a thin thread of 'Dancing-singing-kitten' chaos!

The dancing cats always reminded me for some strage reason of a quizno's commercial of a singing...armless... hamster looking thing.

...just watch.

I sure hope not! IMO I find that video disturbing! :(

it is disturbing but preaty lol!!! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):0

That Quizno's commercial was one of the most polarizing ever aired. People either loved it or hated it. For me, an armless hamster is too reminding of the mystery meat served in some dubious eateries...I would not want that associated with any sub shop I ran!

i never saw the snoop, if i did, I deff woulda loved it....and i didnt think the cats were that bad, but i do agree, after a few trips to the park QTV became very boring

Do any other Cedar Fair parks have tvs in the line for a ride? I would not mind seeing coaster videos while waiting in line or just good old fashion music like the park had back in the 1980's.

i remember back in the late 70s and 80s that they played rock music in line for The Beast. AC/DC, Scorpions, The Eagles, stuff like that. It would be cool to hear some Classic Rock sounds in line again. Would they ever let ride operators bring in their own music? Probably not cause of too much explicit lyrics. My guess.

Not to mention royalty issues. The recording industry would have a hissy fit, unless certain performance royalties were paid. One cannot play music in a commercial venue without paying the piper(s).
