indianapolisman
Those comments in that article are thoughtless and uncalled for. I pray everyone is ok. This is nightmarish considering what happened at Old Indiana.
coaster_junky
this is sad, and most likely means that the train will be slowed down alot, and imo it flys compared to other trains i've been on like the one at the cincinnati zoo and Kings Island. IndyGuy4KI
It sounds like no one was seriously injured. Thank goodness for that!

HTCO
My prayers go out to all of those injured. On a funny note, I like how in the newscast they showed. It was showing areal footage of the train as the newscaster said, "The ride is closed today". I think its gonna be closed for a while their Copernicus. The Interpreter
Families of Zoo Train Derailment Prepare to Sue: WHAS11) - Some of the people on board the Zoo's train that derailed have hired a big-time lawyer for their case. The Bamforth Family chose Larry Franklin's law firm. Franklin has filed suit following tragedies like the Carrollton bus crash and accident at Kentucky Kingdom. Franklin, Gray, and White have proven they can win big when the stakes are big, following times like earlier this month, when paramedics rushed nearly two dozen people to the hospital from the zoo. Just nine days later, at least half of the people hurt have already lawyered-up and they're ready to sue. ... http://www.whas11.com/topstories/stories/w...K.6ab6132c.html See also, for more detail: http://www.wave3.com/Global/story.asp?S=10511003
