Just getting bored with the old one? Still trying to figure out what the small square photo intersecting our round avatar photo is all about. Some have something and some just have an opaque frame.
From my experience at scout camps that have those iceberg things life jackets are required which should make it extremely difficult to get caught under one or hit the lake bed. 30 minutes before they puller her out? Drives home to me why BSA requires a “buddy” at all times on the lake and you better be within arms reach of your buddy when they blow the whistle for “buddy checks” ever 10 minutes or so.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the cause was an equipment malfunction or two kids colliding. Was offered a trampoline by a neighbor years ago and took a pass on it.
I ordered that a couple of weeks ago with the caramelized onions and it was really, really good and juicy which is extremely rare for a CF burger. Much better than the hockey puck I attempted to eat at Miami Brewhouse.
For awhile I was on board with the chaperone policy idea but not so sure about that now. Starting to think the park just needs to upgrade its clientele and could take some measures to benefit society as well.
I am thinking some more stringent polices should be enacted like high schools do for extra-curriculares. Something like this perhaps.
Bonus: Include the formal proof and you can enter the FLP line.
All good possibilities mentioned here and to add to it there is the curing process to consider. Even after paint is "dry" it can take a matter of hours up to a month for paint to fully cure depending on its chemical makeup and environmental conditions. Baking paint can significantly reduce the cure time which argues for pre-painted. Perhaps the park was not in a rush and choose this route.
Or the Park GM and the CEO were still bickering over the color scheme and missed the decision deadline. (Would make for a better story)
Not from my recent experience but I hear it was that way many years ago. Certainly a poor weather forecast will impact the crowd levels. Hopefully with the increased compensation the severe staffing issues will be improved as well.
