    1-Mild Ride-This is a low speed rideintended for yuoung children and may accomadate chaparones 2-Mild Thrill Ride-Low to medium spped ride. Smooth tranistion whith some changes in elevation and speed, not intended for young children/ unacompannied toddlers 3-Intermediate Thrill Ride-Medium speed ride where riders may encounter changes in speed/ direction. 4-High Thrill Ride- Fast pace ride, changes in cpeed, direction and elevation, some of which may be unexpected. 5-Extreme Thrill Ride- High speed ride with turbulent turns and drops. Riders will encounter rapid changes in speed elevation, and elevation which are unexpected. You dont need to be with a child on scooby doo (if your talking about the Ghoster Coaster), but you do for Scooby Zoom.

  9. I was just looking over some pictures from the construction tour last friday and i think we somehow skipped over one. Here it is *Credit to UncleHenry for pic.
  10. 190 Miles or so, the best thing to probably do is if you visit Holiday World from Cincinnati, stay out in Santa Claus for the night, then leaving the next morning, and stop and SFKK on the way back since you go within a couple miles of it.

  15. I've always thought Racer should have the same restriction as Beast, since they both have the same trains, and Racer hsa more airtime. (Anything has more than The Beast which has none)
  16. Yeah a PLC isnt going to make a ride start or stop faster, the main reason for having two PLCs is so one of them can be a watchdog to the other. Ibelieve what the Phantom Flyers recieved new was a squirrel cage motor, which is more reliable than an induction motor. Technically I guess a new PLC system could casue the ride to start and stop faster, but it really has nothing to do with the PLC itself, it jsut has to do with the timers and such. I don't know how the old system was set up, but maybe the new PLC if there even is a new PLC controls the Variable Frequency Drives differently and has a shorter accel / decel parameter time then before, or maybe they are using injection braking to stop it quicker, instead of the previous ramp down type at PKI.

  19. The entrance is next to where the Flying Eagles use to be which leads to the queue house whihc is near the bathroom, than crosses over the "splash down" area.
