  1. Bill, don't forget about the one camera in the park monday, with the obstructed vantage points.
  2. Yeah the link don't work anymore, which is expected on a link that was posted 2 years ago.
  3. If it were only that easy. I'm sure they've been informed.
  4. The gates have always been there. They are used as needed, if too many boats are down stream, or the station is stopped, and to keep the boats spaced.
  5. Back when FOF had Shoulder Restraints the policy was to have the guest take the bags on with them. Now with the foot bars its a different story.
  6. Those have always been there.
  7. ^ Yeh the onrides during SRM are fine, I did that too, but you said your pentax camera you use to "sneak POV"
  8. I hope you get caught and Holiday World gives you a RM (Rider Misconduct), its people like you who break the rules that ruin things for other people.
  9. Whats wrong with not allowing fanny packs, and device, which may interfere with a saftey device (ie, lap bar, seatbelt etc.)as determined by the operators are not allowed on rides. Also if you ever plan on going to HW, be prepared to obide by these rules. at HW your not even allowed a camera, regardless if its secured in a pocket or camera bag.
  10. Actually I was in the main chamber looking for his phone, and walked back out to the Rendezvous point to talk to him, and he was on our ride phone talking to the rides office.
  11. I've actually dealt with both of those items being lost at Tomb Raider. But I'd have to say wallets, hats, and keys are the most common. What about the guy who lost his cell phone, and needed to check up on his hundreds of businesses he ran.

    Lock-Ins

As far as guest sleeping in the Festhaus overnight, not really logical. PKI has a hard enough time clearing employees to stay overnight at the park with corporate during special events.
  13. I lost a flashlight, and meal ticket riding TR:TR last year, but I went down and got it myself at the end of the night.
  14. Indeed, eurobunjee returns for 2005, haha, wander how long it will last this year.
  15. I think 45,000 people is a lot to have in the park during pre/ post season, you have to remember that the waterpark is not yet open, which is a significant amount of space. A few years ago there was over 50,000 in the park on the 2nd to last day of the season, now thats a lot to have in the park, with waterworks closed, everyone in the park was complaining about disconfort, and being "crammed in" in addition to a lot of the food stands running out of food.
  16. Not necessarily. If you put it upside down, it would say there for about 2 or 3 seconds and then automatically return to the upright position. If you shook the joystick back and forth, it with just rock the pod a little bit but stay upside down. Actually pre-1991 you could stay upside down, after 1991 they added logic to the ride where it would automatically flip right side up after a few seconds.
  17. Already been done, such as Top Gun brought to you by Gilette Mach 3, and White Water Canyon sponsored by Huntington Bank (last year the WWC crew had Huntington Bank visors too) , then there was the John Nolan Antique cars a few years ago.
  18. Yeh, it was due to a medical condition of the rider, who shouldn't have been riding roller coasters.
  19. Whys it got to be black? If he was white would you've said a white guy?
  20. Well with that being said I'd say its Chris, unless its someone from GS or something else thats in the back of the rides office.
  21. Aha hebadu ahhuh jebajei
  22. 4//[) 17$ ph0P\[3ph(_)1
  23. PKI needs a Chipotle
  24. Actually the mistake is kinda funny, guess you weren't around when SOBRider did his future trip reports a couple years ago.
  25. So why is the topic titled 8-10-05 ? Did you get in your time machine again?
