  1. September 2, 2002: TRTR had the single greatest ORP's EVER!!! 1999: This was the day I faced my fear and rode a looping coaster.
  2. Wonderful Podcast. Thanks for joining the site.

  3. I love what you do bud.

  4. The park truly is a beautiful site with the snow blanketed everywhere. Thanks to everyone for making these photos such a prominent feature on KIC!
  5. Can you give your own personal opinion? I and the users reading will give their opinion but the creator must have an opinion as well! Why wouldn't it be wooden? It feels like one, rattles like one, and overall has the presence of being one. So yes, it is wooden.
  6. Don't forget, the KIC Blues Party was the first to show you all the first pictures of the trains! Thanks for the TR, hope to see you on the 21st.
  7. Amazing TR, Diamondback can't escape any photo. It truly dominates the skyline.
  8. Wonderful TR Jackson. I believe your question was the angle of which the first drop is on Diamondback, you had it down! I saw some people shocked by your knowledge of the ride. If there is anyone here who has a love and interest for the industry, it is you. Glad to have had you at the event.
  9. There may be to many clients for the site to handle. If you think of it now would be the time the webcam gets its most viewers.
  10. The webcam seems to be conking in and out. I think what is happening is that they are editing the route of the cam so that it is fixed on that location.
  11. Diamondback Compared to the size of the Crypt building... makes you really question the term "Giant Top Spin"! I can not wait to see this on opening day.
  12. Today is one of those day where you think "OK, The circuit is complete LETS RIDE IT!!" edit- webcam is working now.
  13. After scaling up that mountain... It is now officially Mt. Helbig! KIC should ™ that name, I feel its popularity growing, lol.
  14. That is a correct statement. Universally the team behind building and planning the ride get the official first ride.
  15. I am so glad that the bidding money for the first riders goes toward a charity! My own personal opinion has always found the self titled "first rider" to be a pompous act but as long as the money goes for a good cause it does not bother me. Can't wait to see this ride in April.
  16. As Don was asked a similar question on his blog he replied that what we see on the splashdown is what we will get. At this time most everything seen in the animation will be accurate but we must keep in mind that thing can change. Kings Island is putting forth A LOT of money to put this coaster up in one of the worst economic times, they may decide to cut some things out from the original plan to save some money. Link to the blog where he answers this similar question... KIDiamondback Blog
  17. While it is not a trim, everything that is on an animation does not mean it will be in the real thing. Remember IJST, and Mavericks tunnel after the first airtime hill?
  18. That's not a trim, what we are seeing is the Crypt building between the two ties of the track. They also would not place a trim in such an odd place.
  19. Well done. I'm currently taking classes on adobe products.
