A year round dark ride with new technology, a chute the chutes on the lake, similar to lake Winnie in chattanooga,,,,,Maybe Coney will get a nice small wooden coaster! We just have to be thankful they continue to put money in the Park, the park that was set to close in 71' never to reopen, New Coney already 40 plus years young!

At the park up near SanJose' in california their chicken is famous too, we were just talking about it in Vegas. I see KI (with so much option in the future building a hotel on site, with a mini market place like Knotts (the chicken restaurant Knotts has is so good). I'm not opposed to some chains like Skyline/Larosas/ I would like a UDF (bit cheaper)... Of course my opinions only:

love Phantom theater they took 2 iconic rides (out ) the fantastic voyage, then smurfs removed the water, but built a high quality ride that was great.(more disney) less cardboard. Then built shootemup, style ride where its great as scooby, boring as boo to me my opinion, but then what KI needs a relaxing non shootemup ride, where it can change every 2 to 5 years (like Canadas wonderland with new technology), love the new head of Cedar Fair.

Kings Dominion is going to rock, I could see this type of fixing up and some rides added (flats for KI) we will see, but so good for Kings dominion, what could happen in 15 for the Dominion: with all these gifts that just keep on giving:

Goodness, its crazy, Subway if it had ever get completed what would the Tri-state had been like? But at the very least Cincinnati will not have 2 cancelled/stopped major transportation projects. Will we ever see high speed loop run as Cincinnati as the hub, to INDY, Columbus, Louisville, Lexington, and Dayton, that would rock, ?

to the future of a great Downtown with street car, but truthfully can downtown be more than the red, bengals big festivals. will macy stay? Will kroger build a super kroger/ general merchandise store like they did in Salt Lake city? will the bank be as popular in 10 years. We have to hope the street car expands beyond downtown to nky/ newport/ covington, and out to lunken and beyond: maybe the airport:?

All we can do is support, if we like the new Kingdom, and wish them the best.

Louisville is a huge tourist area, yes even talked about in Vegas area, for sure. So much to offer, love the river banks of Louisville, and love the Bats Louisville slugger field, can you say Bourbon? Shopping, a zoo, not far from so much in Kentucky.

Has anyone read anywhere what the park will be like during the KY state Fair? I understand the rides are free for the ky kingdom pass holder:

Maybe the Kingdom could build a new gate/ with a parking structure of its own in the future, but all that land around them controlled by the state fair board:

Small world spent many months of the summers, and all breaks in Russell springs (somerset was our big city ) , Somerset has grown leaps and bounds, many of my family members still running farms through casey and russell. Plus they have SOMERSPLASH NOW:

Yes the Park will do something big to promote the Anniversary I believe:
