As long as it doesnt rain too much it'll be fine. One thing that working outside yearround has taught me to appreciate is weather. As long as its like yesterday, and maybe some mist/light rain, its all good. Cant wait for the 14th yo. I'll be wearing my Dueling Dragons shirt more than likely, so keep an eye out for that>.>

Told ya CF would buy out. Ofcourse it will be expensive now, but I got my season pass months ago;) Ofcourse even if this was a rumor, I dont see what other companies could do better.

I havent tried either yet, so I'm eager aswell. Sure its a a flat ride, but technically speaking, is it not a powered shuttle style coaster? It runs on track, has a hill, and runs on...power. Well, its 2 for 3. Close enough>.>

They did have a soft opening last year though. I think it was one of those gold pass only things. I missed it, but still...

No. Im saying if CF monopolized Ohio, they would hopefully to be sencefull enough to take away that bogus rule about additional fees between CP and GL. Then again, I wouldnt mind it being bought by who ever...Im just giving my 2 cents. Also, Corkscrew does have some air...if it doesnt ballbust you. Not to mention their 2 other loopers, and all that Intamin goodness. I dont care if TTD is a one trick pony. Its one heck of a trick.

Im sort of boarderline on this one. Beast was once a great ride, and it still is. The only problem is lack of air that half the world's enthusiests crave. Unfortunately they dont appreciate the fact that this was made as a terrain ride through the woods, NOT A AIR-PACKED TWISTER! That being said, Beast isnt my favorite woodie, but it's still at 4th place (followed by Cyclops, HP Wildcat, and Hades)

Yeah. And if they take away my Vortex, I'm just gonna have to start getting CP passes every year instead. Call me a spoiled brat, but ever since they started to remove my favorite rides(starting with KC), PKI has just plummeted in terms of parks I visit...

^and thats why I said it was a bogus claim. Although, I do think CF should buy Paramount. I mean, they will gain monopoly over Ohio parks, as well as grow to as many parks as SF.

You got em! *clears throat* In the summer of 2007, Cedar Fair's Kings Island (since they totally just bought it ) Will install a 500 foot tall rocket coaster with 5 inversions, a giant figure-8 finale, and some nice airtime hills..Named Son of Vortex, this ride will be the greatest creation ever, until CFKI finally figures out exactly how far in dept they are...which will be about 5 seconds after the ride opens.

I love how the Avitar cutout only shows up on one side. I cant wait to sit behind it and marvel at the amazing scenery *end sarcasm* Hey. It'll get done when it's done. Any word on if any of NU will be ridable by the oppening? I've made it a tradition to go every opening day and ride new stuff...

*Points at sig* Ah, Cobra, I miss you so. I mean, that thing was packed with serious air, trick track, and a nice little inversion. Who couldnt like it? *Bashes infinately on Delerium and Slingshot* I mean, they have plenty of space to put those rides in the back. Why dont they just clear out some new land for once?

Considering Kings Island still had Cobra, PKI officially fails. I remember a time back then when I used to enjoy going to the park for more than just Vortex (not that Vortex is bad )

I dont know exactly what, but SOMETHING behind the FOF area. Also, it would be nice to see King Cobra in one piece again (loves that ride) As for swan lake, some sort of inverting flat that shot water jets (as someone already said). Maybe even a rocking tug? That would fit their nicely, and work in with a water theme... As for modding current attractions, make the Cosmo green train of Fairly Odd Coaster go backwards. It would fit in with his personallity, and might even be enough of a change to account for a second credit on that ride And for the love of god, SOMEONE NEEDS TO RETRACK RACER!
