  1. I will I promise, Mr. Kinzel may I borrow 6 bucks so I can buy a roll of film for my digital camera? I am hang'n with the Dippin Dots guy today
  2. Yes I will cause I will be there... lol But a more serious question of sorts, who owns the green houses and pond behind GWL? Is the CF property?
  3. Good points indeed, however I do not think on a packed weekend with company picnics and this big concert people will be too happy if a few rides and shows are shut down. People want to experience a whole park when they go. If that happened I am sure it would be mayhem. lol
  4. Most parks? Sure they would if there was a danger involved out in the open such as it was. Shoving a trash can in front of a potentially hazardous condition is not cool in any way shape or form. All they had to do if they did not want to weld it back is to lift them up a few inches and remove them, thats all you have to do.
  5. Yes so you do have the worst job out there...
  6. Yes Dane you do a wonderful job here. It is a hard spot you are put in being tugged and pulled . Robbie does an awesome job also.
  7. Well to open a ride or open a shop is the question. If they were not sure of what caused it I do not think it was wise to open the rides and take the chance of them going down again, and to be honest that sounded like a forced press release. Cause of the "brown out" there are still areas of the park affected. Such as the Fountains and who knows what else.
  8. Actually I take that as a compliment , ty
  9. Well they had 24 hours to fix them and the fix they made was to shove a trash can in front of them. I will show pics...
  10. Walking through Action Zone tonight it looked as a scene from a ghost movie, so many places to add flats. So bare to the eye.
  11. I guess season pass holders and kroger ticket buyers have a different look...lol, Do I look Krogerish or more of a passish kinda guy?...lol
  12. OK ty, was not for sure but there was water no where to be found...lol
  13. Selective, Delirium was down but has nothing to do with the the outage, Viking Ship is still down. Action stunt grill was closed but that might just be cause it was a weekday. Fountains still down and Invertigo(sp) was down also. Now I never take much time to notice anything in AZ but is Congo Falls not in operation anymore? It was dry as a bone.
  14. Should we blame it on it's age or our ages?...hahaha
  15. Like terpy has said, She has every right to complain and remember when this happened there was a massive line at CR for the rest of the night. This is what was talked about, just cause we have this forum and visit often a lot of the public does not. All they know is they make a trip and this happens, they have ever right to complain. If I drove 5 hours and paid that much money I would be ****ed also....
  16. I have old school stuff I could donate...lol..
  17. I am glad they did that for some
  18. I love the ride also but it is hard on my body these days...lol
  19. I like this idea, maybe an outside Museum maybe in TG.
  20. You must not like these family members very much if you let them pay full price! hahaha, i have no control of what they pay....lol
  21. Good question and as I said this kind of stuff can happen and I do not blame the park for it however as of Monday the issue was not taken care of as in power being restored to all attractions. CF being the size it is should have at they're disposal any fix being electrical or anything. No excuse not to. One of the original fountain designers/installers Frank Bravard who resides in West Chester at this present time could have the fountain and electrical part of it back up in no time.
  22. Yes that is good but my fam was not informed of this when they were at GR, they are now calling to check it out, they have proof they paid for the tickets. Hope it works out for them and they are serious about their customers. But IMO, they didn't do anything about this until they saw all the news footage and or forums. I am just glad they are doing something.
  23. Not so in all cases. So who ever informed you of that is not entirely correct. My family member who went is a very good person, a church goer for 50 years and is saddened by what happened in their case. Maybe they need to talk to the person you did and that person should step forward and explain this.
  24. All I have to say is sit down., no shame in that...lol
