Thats shows a ride does not have to be a mega monster to be worth installing. The Bat was an awesome ride, at the time it was state of the art so to speak. It was not my normal ride to work as a rides op but I did work it on occasion and rode it many many times. The ride was like no other I ever experienced. That is why people care about The Bat. It is a part of history even if The Bat failed. To me it was a ground breaker.

I agree HTCO. You also have to remember KI is an amusement park not a theme park and I do not believe CF is interested in theming. I think The park looks great, sure it could use some theming but I doubt this is going to happen. There is a lot more things about the park that could be done besides a rides look. I agree with that too , I think it is a waste of space however there are those who love the ride.

Yes it is the same thing. Mine would not wash off however use acetone (found in finger nail polish remover)

Let K[x, y] be the polynomial algebra in 2 variables over a field K of ... 2 (because deg h(y) , which means I am screwed cause I have no idea what I just said edit: I imagine it is for a company picnic such as the signs we saw earlier that were of a suspicious nature.

Growing up dad would never let us ride these rides. But we manged to somehow or another. As for the smoking part that is common in small venues like that, was it an older person? No age does not have anything to do with it but just curious. Back in the day you could smoke anywhere. A person could smoke even during court, in your office, I mean anywhere. My youngest son was shocked when I told him that. As recently as the 80's you could even smoke in your seat on an airplane. To see those days there is a show I believe on AMC(?) called Madmen. -

I will be there, I will ride it with you, one thing good about DT is the fact when you start coming down the wind and excitement keeps the people on either side of you from hearing me scream like a little girl...ha! then once it is over it is like the macho comes back.
-
That is very true, but not true for DT for me ever...lol ... It is strange, I have no fear of heights however I have just the flip side of that. Like standing under the ET and looking straight up. Weird I know.

Yes my experience at the bottom of the steps is maybe 15 minutes or a little more.
-
When I sit and think about this I imagine it does not seem fair to paired guest who wait in line for long times while singles rush by and get on real quick.
-
I'm counting down til I see this thread shouldn't be much longer now... You would.
-
My youngest who is 13 now had a hard time getting the nerve to ride big rides. He would say ok daddy I am gonna do it today. We would wait in line for an hour then he back out at the last minute, kinda frosted me but I never said anything. He over a summer finally took the plunge and now I cant keep him off them.
-
Although that would make a fun off topic thread as long as it was kept clean, I have some dooseysss...
-
Ok sorry but EWWWW!

Which brings this question to mind. I notice when ever wood is replaced on Beast like railings and such they still use nails. Wonder why they wouldn't use screws? -
