I love the front gate! It for sure is a classic, I would however like to see the park re-themed to its glory days of Octoberfest and the like.

I think someone posted that they will honor any KI cup from even years back but I am not sure.

If they keep it or not guess it does not matter to me. The thing beat me to pieces..lol. The Racer beats me to pieces these days...lol It's an age thing I suppose. I remember as a kid riding Racer with nothing but the skinny lap bar and who ever rode with me had to hold me or put their arm around me cause the air time I thought I was flying out. I would be like DADDDDD!!!! I almost fell out. Now it's like I love AIRTIME! With the exception of DT...ha!

IMO I think festhaus has the best burgers in the park!

Yay, they fixed the fence post that was protruding in TG. The fountains worked, I had a thermometer in my camera bag and I took temps in PS and near the fountains. It was 4 degrees cooler next to the fountains. It was so nice to see them running not to mention it felt good Delirum was still down and Invertigo was still down along with Congo falls, other than that everything seemd up and running. I met Gary at his stand he is a nice fellow and working hard!

When you was there this spring I called you while I was there an you never answered but yes I owe you let me know when you are there cause we are eat'n loaded fries...lol

OH! I am the Outer Hanks King! lol... Well the front part food is ok, seafood in nature but the back is where the good stuff comes in. I am not sure about this year I haven't bought anything there yet 'cept a beer. They have the best loaded fries in town and buffalo wings..

If you can eat in the park that is awesome, I have no problem eating in park. Something about the atmosphere makes it wonderful. Like Larosa's, I never ever eat there out side of the park but eat it a lot in-park.

I believe he meant time to go and come back. It is less than 5 minutes from the park.

Marcia is right, bring lots of food money if you want to eat in the park, average meal per person is 10 to 15 bucks. There is a McDonald's, Taco Bell, A Mexican place and many more place to eat right outside the park. if money is not a factor eat in the park the fare is not so bad. If you have a gold pass you can get a meal deal for around 30 bucks that feeds four or they even have a BBQ all you can eat which is not so bad. In park eateries. And welcome to KIC

Yes leaving the park is a great choice and eateries within a mile or less Make sure to get your hand stamped when you leave.

If you stand under the tower you will get sprayed, people spit off that thing, it is sooooooo nasty!
