WAY more than just coasters. Log flumes, carousels, Disneyland... all of which were his doing. May he rest in peace.

Sometimes I think a lot of people in the industry forget that if they open at 10am and don't get busy until 11, then if they just cut the hour and open at 11 they'll just be dead until noon.

Plus they're open Friday's in April, which they haven't done in a long time.

Looks like despite the economy, they really haven't scaled back many days or hours.

Oh, thank God. I thought the spashdown for Diamondback looked WAY too risky.

I just saved them and the date in the photo properties says 112608. You'll notice that the description on KIC also says they're from the 26th. This was a rare instance in which I simply wasn't around a computer to put them online right when I got them. Stupid Thanksgiving.

Here it is... 2:15am, the day after Thanksgiving... Black Friday. It's 2:15am and I just got up for work. If you have the day off, thank whatever god you believe in that you're not in my shoes with my shifts of 4am-10am then 4pm-10pm all in the same day. Gotta love retail. This should be my last one, though.

I saw this on Coasterbuzz and thought it'd be a good read. The Gravity Group announced a new train design that's supposed to be a lot more comfortable. Yep, it'd be cool if KI got that, but nothing from under the Black Hat seems to say that it will. Only time will tell.

I could see a comedy show working in the Festhaus. Let the comedian come up with his own stuff and constantly use new material. A stunt show would be nice (was anyone around for the Tomb Raider Stunt Show??) but I don't know if anything like that would be typical of Cedar Fair.

I used to have an HTC Mogul with wifi capabilities and tried getting a signal in several places at KI but was never successful.

100% of the credit for this work goes to the great Bill Ware. I just passed the message along. I agree, but when I made it I thought nit picking details like that would quickly make the video really wordy. Same reason I didn't put "World Record Attempt" for Robbie Knievel.
