On coasters, there really isnt a weight limit. The bar has to go down 2 clicks. If it doesnt, you dont ride. Once the bar goes down 2 clicks, the increased weight will actually help speed the coaster up. Its not by much, but it does speed up a little. If my memory serves me right, some rides do actually have weight limits. But, the way the restraint systems are set up (like on FX Theatre) you might have a 500 lb weight limit per seat, but the belt is a little under 50 inches. I wanna see a 500+ person with a waist size less than 50 inches.

You might be a coaster freak if you sign up to work tech services just to get into the park 2 monts earlier. (Part 2) if you enjoyed climbing Face/Offs lift in the rain while carrying 2 intercoms, 2 speakers, and a camera, and find out that half the connecting wiring needs to be fixed so you have to climb down and get what you need and then climb back up... and ENJOYED EVERY FREAKIN MINUTE OF IT!!! (part 3) If the other tech service guys made you climb up Expresses lift with an A-frame ladder, set it up on the top, change the camera in 30 MPH winds, and did it without complaining too much. Bet noone else can beat those.

If PKI would completely redo the area (which probabily wont be for a long time) and redo the theming on CF, then its a marketable property. Anything else would just be stupid. Plus you are creating more work for me.Theres already at least 12 speakers (That I can remember offhand) just in the queue, station and lift. How much more you want? Although thats not as bad as the 99 on Express.

I know for a fact that the express/ship crew doesnt want us to remove the clock at least. There favorite song wouldnt be there every 15 minutes.

You cant expect styrofoam to hold together forever. It is a very breakable substance. The real thing that needs to be replaced in some spots is the rock facade. And put in real flames. That would be awesome. Ok ok bad idea. I know. Tom quit thinking.

Dear Lord, you guys complain more than the GP when TRTR is down! Get over it! Its a name. You can call it The Waterpark for all I care, just get over that its named after Crocodile Dundee, who in his day was a very popular character. So for you haters, GET OVER IT! But the actions of the few reflects on the many. ACE is one of the few organizations that strives to save those older coaster and parks that would otherwise turn into your pop cans and condos. I have been a member for awihle now, and although I do not understand why some ACErs think they are gods, I try to educate the public as much as they want to learn.

doubt it cause its illigal to take on ride pics. Unless your saying about the pics the park takes. I have seen some good ones.

TRTR is capable of 770 PPH, and we have been on track for it, but then something happens and we miss it. When we had three ops in the room at once we could hit it, but with two ops, its near impossible. You have to really concentrate on it and fly through the restraints. And yes, when you are going for your max, it seems like every stupid person in the park is in line for your ride. It gets frustrating real easy.

Interesting thing I couldnt see on my home comp but saw at a school comp: Anyone notice on the back right support are what look like strings. Anyone know what they are? My guess is an early design of water jets. You know how Huss loves water (but according to my sup, "THE GONDOLA DOESNT LIKE WATER!!!!"

Just to point a couple of things out: 1) no floor. That means that the ride is still a ways off the ground anyway. 2) Hes outside the legs, I would estimate a little forward of where the walkway is now. So if it can clear the walkway, then he is fine. Plus hes a trained pro. Nothing to worry about. Tom, who now has a new wallpaper. Thanks!

Ok. a bone to pick. You guys have how many pass nights? How many times to Gold pass holders get to ride ride before 10? How often do you guys get rides just for you? Need I go on? If you are really that perturbed about ONE or TWO nights out of the whole operating season, you need a life. Its one night. Im sorry you guys are so SELFISH that you are complaining about having radio ticket winners there! Tom, who is glad he doesnt have to deal with the GP anymore. You guys drove me outta rides!
