So Mt. Flight Commander has all the necessities to build a ride there; A queue house, all da hookups, even a booth, but lets look at some considerations for building a ride there (for Sh*ts and giggles), shall we? 1) Surroundings. Ok, so you try to build something big on that spot, whats around it? Racer, midway, that stupid Laser Tag thingy, and games on the other side. Really, theres no room to expand for anything spectatular unless you remove the games (I know some people who wouldnt have a problem with the nix on the speed pitch) or the laser tag, which is outside contracted and raking in some bucks. Dont think thats happening. 2) Queue. The queue origonally ran into the center of Flight Commander. Now, theres a cinderblock wall. So the queue has no way to get into the ride area. Modifications are in order. 3) Looks. If the park would put something small and nostalgic into that spot, would it fit into the area? A lot would say yes, a lot would say no, but for me, I dont know. I cannot imagine something in that spot at the moment, but who knows? Oh and there is a basketball game, Simon Says Simulator, and a plush warehouse where Skylab used to be.

I believe that the petition is a good idea, and would sign it if I was able to visit the park. For those saying that it will go nowhere, think of it like voting. Change will not happen if you dont make your voice heard. Oh, and yes, people want a new coaster, but on the 300+ acres not built on would be nice

Look Cardnal, these stories are for FUN. Im glad you worked in security, but when you dont have the freedom to walk around all day girl spotting (yes, I know your dirty little security secret) you make up stories. Simmer down, and have some fun with them. Oh yeah, take that stick out of your @$$ while your at it.

I just wanna point out one thing: Dont you guys think its a little premature calling it a clone of TTD? It could very well be a different design, but they needed something cool and rememerable as a backdrop.

Lets see: The mechanical/wood coaster guys would have to rebuild the trains, and reverse everything on them. That would take (my guess) a month or two to do one train, so that coaster would have a long line and guests would complain. Not to mention that during the day, before FearFest opened, that car would be sidetracked all day, so long lines again. Dont think its going to happen.

Now since I have relocated to Bowling Green for the school year, we didnt get that much rain. Kinda depressing, if you wanna know the truth.

If TR:FF is not a redo of the ride program, than PKI might have issues with confusion. Just a thought.

While it would be cool to have Route 666 to be year round, when is the most popular time for a scary ride? I dont think that during the spring that ride would have a long line at all.

Question: How do you know that they are tech service guys? Just curious, becuase we look no different than anyone else who is employed in PKI maintenance.

Right side of entrance when you come off of trams. How bout this idea: CP cares about money and getting people out of line as quick as possible. PKI wants a more intimate feeling with the guests, so we talk to them, and have fun with them. Which would you rather have, not as a coaster enthusiast, but as a father/mother with kids?

Sorry I had my one off day for the week. Im back though: The sound system is kinda basic. What happens is that the person in charge of background sound hits play on the cd player, and the cd player sends out a RF signal to the sound systems throughout the park. Thats basically it. Except with The Nick area. The sound is put through the HB feed, so we leech off of that and use it with our kick-@$$ sound system at Nick.

Yeah right. Like we would intentionally stock pile glasses. Get real. Its bad enough that they make us watch it once a day! And question: Why would you post this at all? Did you really have to tell someone who didnt work in the park? Tell your friends then not on a board.

Just so you guys know: One of the guys in the shop went to PKD and was told that when the parade started, it seemed that everyone in the entire park stop what they were doing and went to watch it. So far, it seems like a big hit.
