No, just the popular ones in the states. Anime is basically Japanese version of Hollywood. So they are very diverse. For instance, there are series based on real life, like Akage no Anne, Sakuras Diaries. Others are based in the fuedal times, like InuYasha (excellent series, sad to see it end), Rurouni Kenshin (the Dubbed version sucks, watch the subbed version) and some are based on different forms of ninjitsu, like Naruto (it will come to the states one of these days, I just know it.) So to say that its ONLY about robots and aliens is a little extreme. And for those who have never seen it before, ask around for subbed versions. Most of the subbed (subtitles) versions are much better than the dubbed (English is spoken) versions. *EDIT* If you really want to see some subbed anime, ask me. I have a ton of it.

Heres where Tom makes a stand. I am an avid Anime fan, and can say that it is NOT crap. The only reason half of it is crap is because it is dubbed wrong, and if you would actually sit down and watch subtitled anime, it is a lot better than what is being released. Anyway, anime is drawn better, and has a better plot than almost all American cartoons. Perfect example: put Spongebob up against any anime. I guarantee you that the anime will win.

*AHEM* Couple of things: 1) Alien Seed: Are you the one fixing it? Or do you personally know the guy fixing it? 2) TRTR GUY: Do you personally change the lightbulbs? Or do you personally know the guy who changes the lightbulbs? 3) This is where Tom snaps. Tom is sick and tired of people talking like they know everything about the park, what is going on in the park, and then are royally p*ssed off when they dont get their way. Im in the same boat at Matt when he posts. Not even a quarter of you actually knows what is going on inside the park, and frankly, half of you are more clueless about the park than most females are about football (I know, im stereotyping, no offense ladies who do know what team Ladanian Thomlinson plays for.) So, before you go around thinking you know everything about the park, think for a second will ya? The only thing that the clueless ones know about are coming from the press releases. Sorry had to rant, but its in my nature. Now then, like I said about IJ, why dont we wait and see how PKD does with this top spin? Remember, this is a Huss prototype as well.

I highly doubt its just a sub. You wouldnt feel it unless it was turned up extremely high, then those would eventually blow. Not happy.

The reason noone goes to AZ first is because its packed! Most of the GP goes there first so we hit the other ones first.

Hmmm. I always got sent to either WWC or the Log Flume or skyflyer. And Tower. Or Beast. Of course, it felt like The Beast/scooters/TRTR crews at the end of the 2003 season due to Josh being sup of both TRTR early in the season and then sup of Beast late.

Well I enjoy working a major flat over a coaster. I had the experience of two coasters (SOB/Gun) and TRTR, and TRTR was much better.

Ok, heres my couple of cents on the landmark thing: Dead wrong. It was probabily themed so that you could have a reference on where you parked. Ever seen those street signs? Dont even want to be at my house 22 miles away when Jeff is at PKI. I hate that guy.... In case you didnt know, Jeff (the guy who runs Coasterbuzz) banned me for contributing to a post in which someone posted that CP was the best park around. I posted that I liked PKIs ride lineup better, and was banned for it. Jeff is a total @$$. But thats just my opinion.

And trust me, I know Matt personally, I wouldnt want to cross this guy. Ive seen him do things to seats that arent supposed to happen...

Heres the story on Cobra: TOGO, the manufacturer of KC, went out of business. The parts for the coaster were extremely difficult to find, and expensive. Add to that long waits and metal rot on the track (where the metal is just kinda eaten away) finally got PKI to remove it.

I just want to point something out: You said ROTM didnt do much as a coaster, but the animation made the ride. Can we transfer this thought (at least until we ride it) to IJ please? Im sick of hearin people complain.

I dont know if they are there yet, but if you take a pic of the FOF entracne plaza, I believe people would like those shots. Also, next time you go up, for another shot people might like, fly past SOB heading towards the camp grounds. You will see what Im talkin about when you see it.
