I would say Beast it super overrated. Good ride just overrated.

Son of Beast is better than Beast in my opinion.

I have been asking that question for 10 years. Kings Island does look very run down with cracking asphalt and cheap carnival feel. I wish Paramount Parks would fix the park up. It would not hurt not getting a ride and fixing the cracking walk ways and fixing the cheap carnival fell. You really can't satisfy everyone. People are going to ***** about everything that goes on in the park. Be happy with what we got.
