i feel it was better when it was FF. they changed it to HH and promised so much more and just haven't delivered. when cornstalkers was along the path by junklot, it was the best haunt in the park.

they are 2 different coasters, each with its own unique character. i enjoy the airtime on DB and i love the speed and height of MF. i was personally hoping for something closer to MF when they started talking about DB. with KI as my home park, i have settled on the fact that we will always be 2nd fiddle to CP. we will never get anything taller or faster than anything at CP. i do hope i am wrong though.

last year was the first time i had gone to halloweekends at cp. it was far superior to hh. i was caught off guard for the first time and thought it was great. i have been trying to figure out what they do different. the scareactors will work in pairs. one to distract you and the other brings the hammer down. i'll be spending my weekends there this year.

they'll be dribbled in the park until the frivilous lawsuit. it is too bad that's what it takes in america to get things done. then we will have another topic on here about silly lawsuits in amusement parks and other public places.

i rode it last night for the first time in over a year. i wouldn't go back in there to get out of the rain.

the prize should be a flat ball. they can pump them up at home.

1979- i don't remember every detail ( old age setting in ). i recall waiting in a mile long line with signs along the way with the wait time. i distinctly remember the 2 hr sign. the sight of the tunnel at the bottom of the first drop was ominous. those high speed helixes at the end always stuck with me. after 1981, i did not return to KI until 2003.

i have never been to HW, but i can't imagine any woodie beating the sheer thrill of SOB.

no matter how many times they change names, i always call it what it was when i first rode it.

The Coke in europe is made with cane sugar. it is still in glass bottles. it's less carbonated and served at room temperature. it was great. my kids think dad's lost it because i open a Coke and let it set on the counter half the day before i drink it.

how about we melt down flight deck instead of burning SOB. the coaster you don't like might be someone elses fave.

friday night at cp was awesome. the park had a very small crowd. we arrived at 5 for our ert's. raptor was our first ride. we walked up the steps and right onto the ride. then we headed to millenium. walked up to the station and waited 2 trains. when we came back in we went thru the handicap exit and right back on. then we shot over to maverick for our final ert before the gates opened. we were next in line for a front seat when it broke down. we waited it out. about 40 minutes. always a great ride. we went for skyhawk. i had never rode it. it was fun, but way too short. then we caught magnum and ttd. both were practically walk ons. then we started hitting haunted attractions. terror island was the best haunt i have been to. carnevil was good. the mortuary school was a lot of fun. cornstalkers blew the one at ki away. fear faire was ok. their version of club blood was a lot different than ki's. it was more haunt and less sex. much better attraction. the future for me is halloweekends and no hh. they had tons more roamers and creepers. i finally had one catch me off guard. that was a first. we hit millenium for a night time ride. MF 3 times in one day. that was the first time i ever caught MF more than once. saturday morning we headed back at 11 for our ert's. we ran straight to maverick. we got to the top of the stairs and it broke down. it seemed to be plagued with problems both days as we seen it running empty a lot. finally got our ride after a 30 min. wait. we caught meanstreak. maybe it was the cold, but was much smoother than usual. then we hit magnum. i spent the rest of the day taking pics. i have attached a few here. i tied her shoelaces to the railroad track again. looking for giga. i don't see her here. maybe she's there. is she up there? if i only had a match. on his way to KI???????? maybe giga's up there. or there. nice ride. KI bound???? this would be a blast to criuse around in. and the moon rises on another season.

Yes, FOC has airtime, it's smooth, enjoyable, and barley has a huge wait! i've had barley soup, but not barley wait. just had to

the whole thing could be better with more zones and less mazes. it should increase capacity. with the size and makeup of the park, there is a lot of area to work with. imagine the entire park as one large maze. it could happen. as far as actors thinning out, we seen more this last friday night than our 1st 4 visits combined.

there seemed to be more scareactors hiding in some unsuspecting places. cornstalkers was much creepier when it was a zone along the lake. headless hollow had more actors and much better scenery. i thought the worksite was better when it was by slingshot. now it seems like the actors are socializing and not doing much of anything. they just aren't "into" their jobs. one night i was tipped off to where i should find a certain scareactor from KIC. we walked up and down coney maul 3 times and never seen a single scareactor. i know they have been advertising more actors than ever, but i don't see it. now it is just placing gory scenery around and calling it a haunt.

2005 was the best halloween event i have seen at KI. HH was tame and lame last year and worse this year. watching the scareactors pick on Karen was the only bright spot.

never, ever hold onto anything!!!!! learning to let go will bring great joy to your life and less pain on SOB.

i've had a slow year. only 23 visits to KI. 2 visits to CP. 1 visit to VIDAMPARK. this is after being in russia the entire month of june and slovakia from july 19th until aug. 28th. usually hit over 50 visits per year.
