Droopy Rocks!!!! "Hello Folks" personally I was never a big Snoopy fan until Snoopy came to Cedar Point, now I am, really because I never was into cartoons much as a kid, they were boring to me, my life revolved around Star Wars and Rock n Roll

The Kings Island kid's area has never been the same in my opinion since they gutted the Enchanted Voyage

The Mean Streak is a bit of a rocker, but I wouldn't consider it near as rough as SOB

I may be the only one, but I like the Mean Streak - The thing I can't stand about the Python is that the cars are so small that everytime I ride my knees bang into the metal bar, it's a killer.

I agree, change always brings more business, how many of us lament the loss of The Enchanted Voyage, The Antique Cars and The Flying Scooters that probably would not ride them that often if they were never removed, if I can quote the John Lennon song "You don't know what you got, until you lose it"

I get what you're saying and mostly agree, but I'm just saying that maybe more people like the idea than you might think, I know everyone I've told is thrilled, but that's just a small sample, I think most people do like to see a change once in awhile though, I think people are happier to see Nick go, than Scooby, I love seeing Nick go and Snoopy come, I will miss Scooby though, if for no other reason, it's one of the few things around that have been there from the beginning, It's kind of a catch 22 for me, but I am happy about Snoopy

Maybe they are doing what people want, according to the kids area poll thread in the polls section 54% of the people who voted would rather see Planet Snoopy than nick universe

I agree, kids don't care, most of them anyway, sometimes I think parents think about it more than the kids, they think oh my kid likes this place because he watches (insert cartoon here) but most kids just wanna ride, run around eat junk food and have fun, whoever it is, however it does make a difference as far as selling merchandise.

I'm glad to see it's not another coaster, as much as I like them, I also like variety. However, I'm sick of this era of a water ride having to drench you, it's one thing to get wet one you hit the water, it's another to have waterfalls pouring on top of you, I use to love water rides back in the day, but now they seem to just be a contest to see how wet they can get you.

Yep, in fact, his original name was "Dippy Dawg" I was just referring to the line in Stand By Me later at night, they talked about different things, and one of them said "I think Goofy was a dog"

I couldn't agree more Brian, Not to be critical Scooby Doo, but are you saying that if no park ever had Scooby Doo or Hanna Barbara that you would never go to any amusement park? I mean personally I hate Nick, but never hesitated going to Kings Island and Nickelodian Universe, because to me amusement parks are fun regardless of what characters grace it. Just My opinion
