  1. december 2, 1992: the year paramount bought the park, and i'm guessing when they started construction of top gun/flight deck ninja and Vortex opened too
  2. i would still like to see some of the trains like the ones on carolina cobra replace the ones it has now.
  3. ^and i can't wait to see your favorite coaster gone forever.
  4. i put call the hearse, mainly because i guess i can ride anything and don't feel any pain.
  5. 1.Son of Beast 2.Diamondback 3.The Beast 4.Flight of Fear 5.Firehawk 6.red racer 7.flight deck 8.fairly odd coaster 9.Backlot Stunt Coaster 10.Adventure Express 11.Invertigo 12.blue racer 13.Vortex 14.avatar 15.rugrats runaway reptar 16.little bill giggle coaster
  6. maybe if we are lucky kentucky kingdom is getting ready to move to the land by kentucky speedway they purchaced a while ago or at least they were rumored to have bought. this would at least give them room to build something.
  7. and in case you didn't notice Son of Beast's track and supports are much more complex than raptor's, which would mean it would take longer for a complete inspection
  8. but then the second launch wouldn't be near as fun, i dought you would even be able to feel it.
  9. i'm not trying to start an argument here, but i honesty don't see where this ride is that rough(i'm talking about Son of Beast) and i don't see how some people, for example me and dropzone99 can feel little to no pain what so ever, then some people like beast1979 and markr can come off feeling like they have been hit by a car, it just doesn't make sense, i know i can't be that tough that i don't feel any of the pain you all do.
  10. i think that's a peace sign or a wave, not sure, but i don't think it's the bird.
  11. i thought that turn was steeper than that i rode this ride multiple times throughout the first season and the only one i ever saw/felt/heard work was the water effect.
  12. it had nothing to do with the fact that it didn't work, they removed it because it was required by the state so they could use lighter trains.
  13. ^wouldn't it be difficult to have two different haunt attractions in the same building? expecially since they would share the same exit.
  14. well, i got in three rides last monday in the 2 1/2 hours i was in the park, which brings my abnormally high Diamondback count to nine.
  15. on the t.v. show one?! i thought everyone in the whole world knew that the brady bunch filmed an episode at the park.
  16. that picture makes me kinda glad i didn't make it up opening day.
  17. these are some of my favorites that i've taken so far this season, but it isn't even close to all of them Diamondback splashdown: beast theming: wicked awesome hammerhead: Diamondback going into second helix: Diamondback's second helix and lift: this picture was a complete accident: Vortex batwing: Diamondback lift: baby geese on mothers day:
  18. great pictures, i love the one of The Beast.
  19. so if Cedar Fair does remove nick u. next year, will the web-cam be turned so we can watch the re-construction of it? and i just had a great idea for avatar: the last airbender, paint the track and car/buggie/or whatever you call it, and then replace the giant avatar with the red baron
  20. if you walk towards Invertigo, to the season pass processing line, walk pass the season pass processing line and it's on the other side, right next to the back of the season pass building.
  21. i could have swore my mom told me that there were two people who played jan brady.
  22. does anyone else think that the statue in the crypt's picture looks crosseyed?
