That seriously was the best spin cycle I've ever had on Monster. I had a blast on it. It seriously is right up there with Eagles in terms of best ride you can control. And it was nice meeting you. I'll let you know how my job search goes when I finally figure out where the hell I'll be. Hope to see you around the park sometime again.

*wonders how long it will take for people to realize what my last post was referring to*

I've seen ghosts in the park before. I was going through one of the buildings in Nickelodeon, and saw some ghostly things. I never quite could figure out what it was. This was the building next to Lil Bills coaster.
-
You mean to tell me you never seen this before?
-
Yes, the theming is pretty stock. I could tell just from looking at them that they were probably bought from a haunted attraction company. The ride itself is great though. The program is much more intense and disorienting. All I think it needs is a little fixing up of the current line theming (maybe fix the jaw on The Bat, or record a better growl noise for it. Heck, I'll record a new one for them to use for free). Inside the ride area, just put like, a fake rock wall along the walls. Just so it doesn't look like a parking garage.

Exactly, the ride itself is AMAZING now. I just wish I didn't see the old theming there, and not be used. Hell, just put something on the walls thats semi-crypt like, and it's perfect. Either that, or have it be pitch black at times (like the one upside down loop on TRTR).

Either have at least some theming during the ride, or have a synchronized light show with the ride, and this is the best ride in the park. The whole time I was riding I was screaming "NOW THIS IS A FREAKING TOP SPIN!!!"

I'm 6' 1" and 150 lbs. All of you under 6 foot, less than 100 pounds kids need to hush up about Racer being "tight". I can get 3 clicks EASY. I've never had any issues on any coaster. Yeah, the old SOB trains sucked, but cross your legs and presto, more comfort / able to get the bar lower.

HUH????? What's that?! Obama comes out with a cowboy hat, boots, and a gee-tar??? I was referring to posts like these... Changing topic again. I haven't seen the show. Is it worth going to see if the closest you come to liking country is Johnny Cash?

To change the subject away from politics... For those that may not know what the inspiration of this topic title is:

"Bet you've never been sandwiched between two lesbians before." -Girl I rode Skyflier with, with her girlfriend on the other side of me

I rode Beast yesterday, and it seemed like the 4 clicks is still the max. I usually ride with 3 though, but the spacing for the clicks didn't seem to be any different.

"What's that ride that goes upside down out there?" -Guy on SoB train, during looping days "Where is the Epcot Center?" -Guy at FoF entrance

I have a friend who I helped her get down from 6 cigs a day to none (In the span of one day). She didn't have a cig until weeks later, when she was at a party. She hasn't had another one since then. I know it can be hard, but once you find the right technique, it's pretty easy. And as far as I know, the restraints on Vortex were unchanged. Anyone able to confirm this?

For those who do not know what Stripe looks like: I suggest going out to see Gremlins some time. Awesome example of the horror/comedy genre.

Was this the Backyard BBQ All-You-Can-Eat Deal? I wanted to try it something but I wasn't sure what kind of food they had. It was a good variety. Sandwiches/Burgers, taco bowls, chicken, turkey, spaghetti, and the sorts.

Arrived around 10:30 with my friend, and got on Beast in just about a 2 train wait. Seemed to be running a bit faster than I remember, but of course, it could just be my imagination. It has been awhile since I've ridden. Backlot Stunt Coaster next, I liked the new Billboards actually. A more stylized design. Everything else is same, minus the lack of "splash down" effect. Spongebob next, the tarps in front of preshow are gone, as is the little display between sides. Zephyr, still a classic ride. Firehawk was the longest wait, at around an hour. Everything else was relatively short. Not sure how anyone could call today "packed". It was far from packed, especially the last couple hours. Racer is interesting, but I rode Blue (Former Forwards), so nothing much different. Had lunch. As stated elsewhere, had Fried Chicken, a BBQ Pork Sandwich, Corn, Mashed Potatoes, a Cookie, and two Vaults for $15. I had my fill, for a decent price. Skyflyer was $5, so we rode that. Such an adrenaline rush pulling that cord. Invertigo was so awesome, it nearly pulled my face off. Met up with some other people as they got off Beast. Noticed they were giving away Gremlins stuffed animals as prizes at the basketball game at Beast's exit. I LOVED that movie, and still do. Got myself a new Stripe. By far the best part of the day. Never expected to see Gizmo dolls at KI. Avatar was a 1 cycle wait. Flight of Fear, the on ride video is once again on ride photos. Express is still the best ride in Oktoberfest. Drop Zone (EDIT: My bad, Drop Tower) was NO WAIT. Now for the part you are really interested in. Swan Lake Construction is MASSIVE. Tons of equipment there, and plenty to see. I highly recommend going up Tower and comparing it in area to Backlot. You'll also get a good look at trees that were cleared between Train and Crypt. Also, the "Potted Flowers" in front of Crypt are awesome. A grand addition to the park. I had a very fun day. Didn't do anything new really, but a relaxing day. Plus, I now have a Gremlin. Any day you gain a Gremlin is an awesome day. I'll post a picture of him for you all some day. My Homer Simpson now has a friend to talk with on my shelf.

Funny, I got 2 Vaults, fried chicken, corn, mashed potatoes, a BBQ sandwich, and a cookie for $15. I didn't find that a bad deal.

I'm sure many of you have seen the XKCD comic about playing chess on a rollercoaster. Looks like it's started a trend. http://xkcd.com/chesscoaster/

Dude, that's right! This is the first year I'm able to have a beer at the park! After dealing with people who had "one too many" at the park for four years, I'm gonna limit myself to just one though.

God that ride sucked so much when I rode it. More painful than SoB believe it or not. Hopefully the new trains improve the experience.

Was not expecting footings so early.

TN: Bible Park, Now What?

At least it isn't "Expelled". -
Duh, they already did Smash Factory! I'd LOVE to see a Spongebob ride in there. Ya know, make a Krabby Pattie and everything!
