Boomerang Bay is open to anybody with valid admission to the park. And there are plenty of places to eat: Larosas Chik-Fil-A Subway Skyline Potato Works Action Grille Those are just a few options for in-park dining. If you're like me and prefer to leave the park for decent priced food, there are several fast food places with a five minute drive. Most notably McDonalds, Wendys, and Burger King.

I voted Sat/Sun because i'll be in school by the time RWW comes around again.

I would arm Giga with her Anti-Line Jumper Paintball Grenade Launcher regardless of the cost. And by doing that, rid KI of one of it's bigger problems

It happened when I was riding Flight of Fear with a PKIruler102 and PKIrulersdad102 (I think that's the right name...). A little girl ran from the exit, passed directly in front of a ride operator at a distance of less than one foot, and ducked under the rail to get into the line for the rear car. This shows one of two things: An unrealistically high level of incompetence by Cedar Fair when training employees, or an excess of apathy from said employees. Justin, thinking it's the latter of the two. Sorry for hijacking your post, Gator. I'll shut up now

RWCW Photo Contest Winner to Be Announced Today
Justin_M17 replied to BoddaH1994's topic in Kings Island
That one would've had my vote, Jackson. The glare from the sun makes the picture look really cool. Heavenly almost. -
Lol, I just now saw your post to be honest with you. All angular humor aside, Justin does not believe in ghosts. Although having spent the past 45 minutes reading through old posts in this thread, I have that feeling where you want to look over your shoulder but are scared to do so.

RWCW Photo Contest Winner to Be Announced Today
Justin_M17 replied to BoddaH1994's topic in Kings Island
Well since everyone else is doing it... This is the picture I entered. Not a great picture, and i'm sure the contest was flooded with multiple entries just like it, but I think it looked interesting and it makes a great desktop wallpaper I know it's huge. If I had any idea how to resize it I would. -
you need to be obtuse, not acute {math humor } Interesting angle you took with that... (Hardy har har)

RWCW Photo Contest Winner to Be Announced Today

I agree with Kitten and CedarPointer. If you're going to hold a photo contest, I would suggest that the winning photo is a decent one. Just my $0.02 worth. -
RWCW Photo Contest Winner to Be Announced Today

I submitted a photo but have almost no chance to win, but i'll keep an eye out for the winner anyway -
Sounds like you guys had a lot of fun despite the Line Jumper fiasco.
-
Haha, you guys were crazy that night. I was trying to keep up with you but after a few cycles of being left in Angie's dust as she plowed out of the station just as I was exiting the train I decided to enjoy a much more calm ERT with StalkerChick and KI Man.

Yeah, i'm going to sign myself out of school at 9AM tomorrow and head to the park for a bit to do a little power-lapping myself. I want to see if I can get to 100 rides by Monday.
-
I wish I was able to head down there today. Stupid school.

This has to be the longest running post on KIC. I still refuse to believe in the existence of ghosts until I get some proof. Maybe a paranormal experience of my own? Justin, objectively narrow-minded.

Yeah, I don't see the assigned seating on DB being gone any time soon. The ride op assigning seats is the only thing that keeps the SRL line going. Without someone there to watch it, groups of people would simply walk through the SRL and onto the ride as a group.

Believe me I see your point. I just wanted to say something positive about it for a change. And I DO LOVE that music. Flyer, who prefers not to take sides unless trims are involved - then, see signature. Well, kudos to you sir, because try as I may I can't seem to find anything positive to say about the ride.
-
Well there'd have to be something new that makes the ride worthwhile, cause the ride sure isn't going to draw any crowd. Justin, on the other side of the argument.

Dragster stuck at the top!
Justin_M17 replied to gigacoaster2k's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
On ride photography is strictly prohibited on all rides here at Cedar Point. Please put all cameras and cell phones away at this time. (I'd love to see them try and make me all the way at the top of Dragster.) Flyer, who will deny he ever said that, and who does follow such rules during normal circumstances! Well, while it may be against the rules, in a situation like that i'd do whatever necessary to keep myself occupied. And like you said, there's not a whole lot they can do to stop me while i'm 4xx feet above them. -
Same. That is exactly why HTCO 150% completely refuse's to go on ANY water rides at the hard park. Who wants to walk around the rest of the day smelling like wet fish?? Not HTCO. Well i'll still go on water rides, but I have to bring a change of clothes in my backpack for afterward.

I wouldn't mind being stuck up there for awhile. The view would probably be amazing, and it'd be a great photo opportunity. -
I still didn't swim, but I decided that I really wanted to at least go over there. I people watched and relaxed a little, and the rain didn't set in until I was at the Backyard BBQ, which I thought was a highly appropriate time for such an event. I did, however, have a Boomerang Bay employee squirt me with a water gun. That was rather funny! Hehe, when i'm at Boomerang Bay and not in swimwear I make sure to keep my distance from any and all squirt guns/water cannons/water spiggots (Spelling?). There's nothing I hate more than walking around all day in wet clothes >.<

I can answer for Mark in this case. Yes, that IS the only thing he does. I see him there all the time power-lapping it. Sometimes I'm surprised when he's willing to stop to talk to me for a minute or two. Personally, I prefer to do other things as well, and I'm really enjoying taking a little of Terpy's advice and spending some time just wandering around the park, hanging out, relaxing, and just enjoying spending time there. I went to the water park today just before the rain and just walked around people watching, and then relaxed for about 15 minutes or so by the wave pool. That was very refreshing. I might also add that I have enjoyed meeting many of you while at Kings Island, and making new friends is quite the pleasure. My casual riding has led me to 36 Diamondback rides so far, and while that isn't all that many, I'm okay with that. Flyer, who has 90 on Beast. So you went to the water park today after all, eh? Hopefully you got to spend a little time there before the rain set in.

Today I got my 80th ride.

Pink, because I like standing apart from the crowd, and a pink roller coaster would do just that. Not that there aren't other pink coasters, but they are definitely few and far between.
