Honestly I rode in 5-1 and didn't feel anything special.

I don't know if it'd be possible or not, but i'd like it. Maybe with lap bars I could actually put my hands in the air on Vortex...

Seat 16 is very interesting if you lean over your lapbar and grab your toes just as you're about to be jerked down the first hill, it's an amazing feeling. Not to mention it's funny how difficult it is to straighten yourself back up as you go up the 2nd hill

I'm really happy with any seat I get, it's an epic ride regardless. But if I had my choice I like rows 1, 3, or 16.

I don't think i've ever lost anything at KI, although I very nearly lost my new (At the time) Samsung Rant to Diamondback. And I have a brother who somehow lost his shoe to Flight of Fear... still clueless as to how that happened.

This is by far the best picture ever taken at Kings Island. I think we had Alyssa (TrainedBeast) take this picture for us, but i'm not one hundred percent certain. It was taken as what was left of the KIC group was leaving the park Sunday at the end of Ride Warriors Weekend. We decided to had to stop for a photo op at the Mystery Machine and I suggested having someone hanging out of the window, and everyone else just went along with it

The family drier doesn't really work that well to tell you the truth. Even it was at a decent price i'd much rather walk around for a couple hours and let the sun do it's job.

Well if the park told you 9AM then that's probably correct.

While I didn't particularly enjoy FLASHBACK: Totally 80's, I thought it was the best of Kings Island's shows this year. It's the only one I was able to actually sit through.

Either way it's one less ball that I have to worry about dodging as I try to walk down the midway

Gigacoaster2k, Tom76257, Rotag1299, pkiruler102 and his friend, and myself were all heading back to ride Flight Deck when we saw the most amazing sight we'd ever seen! In the small pond near the first drop there was one of the large bouncy balls that guests win as prizes and insist on terrorizing the midways with. Everyone coaxed me into taking a picture and sharing it with the rest of you all because we know how much you enjoy these balls Edit: Sorry for crappy quality, my camera was zoomed in as far as it would go because that pond is a good distance from the queue.

Regardless of proper english, the park does not have any such rides as The Diamondback, The Invertigo, The Firehawk, etc etc. Kat is entitled to her opinion, and you are entitled to yours. One person's opinion may seem slightly misguided to the other person, but that still does not necessitate name-calling. I would very much appreciate it if you would edit your post.

I thought it was kind of cool how when Gigacoaster and myself were waiting for Slingshot last night the ride op that was managing the queue was giving each group of riders advice on how to flip the cage or keep the cage from flipping, whichever they preferred.

While in line for Diamondback today, just as we were getting ready to go up the stairs, I heard a woman turn around to what I can only assume was her child and say in a very matter-of-fact tone "Ugh, The Diamondback was SO much faster 3 years ago." Also, during a night ride on Adventure Express, Gigacoaster2k, Violakat03, Kat's husband, and myself heard the girl in front of us scream while riding "Wouldn't it be an absolute b*$%# if we rode everything in the park and died riding this? The four of us almost made her thinking come true, cause we very nearly died laughing.

Edgewood goes back on August 24th. Justin however, does not. Cha-Ching!

Looks like you guys had a blast And i'm almost tempted to go out to SFKK and HW sometime next month now And LMAO at the idiot drivers and the license plate ^.^

I would have to say that the funniest thing i've ever seen in the net would be an enormous amount of hail after a small hail storm struck Kings Island. I was in line for the front seat on Diamondback with Kawana for my hundredth ride and the storm came in. It lasted for about half an hour and as soon as it was over PKIboy pointed out that you could see a massive build-up of hail in the net from the station (Yes, that's how much hail there was). We all laughed for a good long time about that. When we got off the ride we walked over to the net to see it up close only to see that there had been a security guard put in place to make sure nobody walked close to or under the hail in case the net broke.

He still has a bit over 600 posts to go but that's a couple days' work for Terpy Congrats all the same though, i've learned quite a bit from you and your posts.

I don't bring a camera, but I bring a phone which doubles as a camera. Although I hardly ever use the camera cause the quality leaves much to be desired.
