  1. The camera just messed up at the right time and I swear I saw the majority of the lift hill supports up. It looked awesome, even though it was blurry.
  2. I was at the park all yesterday, that lift is gigantic. Even as big as it is in the pictures you really need to see it with your own eyes, it's crazy! I also noticed how high the break run is right after the splashdown. It looks like it will go up pretty steep right after the splashdown.
  3. I was at KI today, I saw the Club Blood Sign!!
  4. I go for a magic show. I liked that magic show they had a few years ago.

Can you camp out right across the road? When do you think the workers will come out and let everyone line up at the gates?

Oh, sorry I had no idea it was illegal. Thanks for answersing my questions and probably saving me some jail time lol.

Ok, so me and my friends are camping the night at KI's entrance the night before opening, to get good if not first seats on Diamondback. But, I have a few concerns. We are all getting season passes, and if we get them now can we get the pictures taken and the actual passes made this season? Is there a time for picture taking and all that stuff before the park opens in 2009? And, are you allowed to spend the night waiting at the entrance of KI? Thanks in advance, G-Force
  8. Probably about an 1 hour wait for Firehawk. ^Yeah I'm feeling pretty lucky too!
  9. Wow, I'm still amazed how quickly this is going! The whole turn into the station in one day! This has to be some sort of record! I literally checked the webcam before dinner, and there was a gap between the turn and the station/braking areas. I finished dinner, looked at the webcam, no more gap! Amazing!
  10. I want a new dark ride. I also think KI needs more relaxing rides to ride in between some rollercoasters. But what I think would be the best possible addition would be a Vekoma Madhouse or Vekoma Pandora's Box. Me perfering the latter.
  11. I know! I could watch this all day! I would pay for this lol. I wonder if they will have the webcam working during the test runs in January, if they do that would be awesome!
  12. Cool, now time to see our little Diamondback grow up! He's growing up so fast!
  13. Actually it would pretty much stop the train. No water will ever touch the coaster. The coaster will not cause the "splashdown". It will go off when the coaster hits a sensor. And why you won't get wet is because getting hit with water when you going approx. 55 mph does not feel good. Actually if you look at the video, it's only about 20 mph. And the train does casue the splash down due to fins that go into the water, which cause a splash and a brake. Or at least that's how I understand it.
  14. I like SOB better, I am one of the special people who don't feel pain on that ride. I always ride back seat too, I like the whip lash.
  15. Really? I always get motion seats. Really adds to the experience. But, twice out of my three times the 3D wasn't working.
  16. I don't know but all I know is I am getting there 5ish. I am attempting to be first ride. Plus I am basically doing cross country to train for running to the ride.
  17. I have a question, when you renew a pass, is it a gold pass? Or is it just a regular pass?
  18. Just last Thursday, me and my friends when to King's Island. We lost three things and found two of them. One lost $35, not found. My friend got lost, found. And my phone got lost, found. Quite an exciting day lol.
  19. Ok that is pretty nice for a halloween event. But it's more dead-on as to what it's trying to target. The tricky little elves at King's Island try to make everything a challenge. Which I think is more creative. Anyways... I can't wait to see the PR on the 6th! I will be there only for a few hours though due to a Cross Country practice-a-ma-bog.
  20. Yeah, like how they are sending the bolt, the serum, placing signs, ect. That is more creative imo than just a flash web page.
  21. they would have to overhaul the whole area again, and that means taking things down, putting new things up, etc. Also, didnt they paint FOC purple? that doesnt go very well with a BEAST now, does it? FOC is white, not purple. News to me. Hmm... I thought it was white. I just went to the Kids Area last week with my cousin's little boy and we rode FOC. I thought I saw it white. I will have to check again when I go on Wednesday. Maybe my eyes are tricking me again lol.

  23. Sounds like a pretty cool trip! I am amazed it wasn't crowded on a Saturday! Anyways glad you had fun!
  24. I would take the offer in a heartbeat! I only live 35 min. away so gas isn't too much of a issue. I was always scared to death by rollercoasters when all the older ones were there.
  25. Yeah, I'm betting on the cobra theme as well. But I don't think it will be King Cobra. Because I don't think they would do the same name. Maybe just Cobra or Cobra's Revenge.
