  1. I took it with my iPhone camera and when I take a picture and move it tends to kind of morph pictures and I took this while I was at a walking stand still. All of those are with my iPhone camera by the way. Goofy, very nice pictures. I love the one of MF through the trees. Thanks very much!
  2. Here's 4 that I like. Took this November 5th. Took this in July. Also in July. And in July as well.
  3. Looks like Demon Drop is actually heading over to Dorney Park instead of Knotts. I saw a thread over at coastercrazy.com. Someone posted some pictures but I couldn't really see anything.
  4. Of course I joined that group!
  5. We still have this like TylerRider said. http://kiDiamondback.com/public/downloads/webcam.cfm
  6. Wow nice. I am usually involved with the tech aspect and always backstage. But as a huge Disney lover I decided I would go ahead and try out for a part in Beauty and The Beast.
  7. I am trying out for our school's play next week, Beauty and The Beast. I will be auditioning for the part of Lumiere! Other than that my off season looks pretty boring.
  8. Nice PTR! I still can't believe we both visited the area at the same time. I wore my KIC shirt the day we went to Universal which was the 7th. It was such a great time to go with the very low crowds.
  9. Hope you are having a blast! I was at Magic Kingdom/EPCOT on the 5th, then Disney's Hollywood Studios/Animal Kingdom on the 6th, then Universal/Islands Of Adventure on the 7th and I was wearing my KIC shirt lol, and then I was at Disney's Hollywood Studios for half the day on the 8th, the flew home that night. Had a great time with no lines and also got my 100th coaster!
  10. My last ride at KI for 2009 was Adventure Express. Nothing like a good Arrow! But I will be down in Orlando in 2 days so you won't see me crying yet. It was a good season but sad to leave all of my work friends even though we know we will hang out during the winter. Most of my posts on KIC come during the off season. Looks like I will be on here a lot more with the park being closed. Can't wait for training in March!
  11. Did you renew your pass and upgrade to a PP? Or is it a brand new 2010 PP? Bring both just in case there are any problems. Save Guest Relations the trouble.
  12. Oh wow... are you flying out of CVG too? Yup. Its going to be awesome. I'm getting my 100th credit while I'm down there. I am thinking of making it Rip Ride and Rock-It.
  13. No way! I am leaving for Orlando on Wednesday afternoon too!!!! I am leaving before our last bell starts and going down with my friends family and 2 other friends. We are staying at POP Century resort and visiting all of the Disney parks and Universal and Islands of Adventure! I am flying home Sunday night though. What a coincidence though!
  14. I really wish I could get to Indiana to try out some of their parks. Ouch, just did a mapquest, Indiana Beach is a good 4 hour drive. I don't see a season pass in my future. However I would consider a Holiday World pass where that drive looks to be about 3 hours.
  15. But there is no re-entry after 7:00 pm during the Haunt regardless if you have a gold pass. Please remember, it would make us oh so happy.
  16. I know when I pull into the employee lot in the mornings I see plenty of people from the Foods department there earlier than I have to be there. When I pull in at 7:45 when the park opens at 10:00 and see them (both supervisors and associates) walking in I know how much they have to prepare for the guests to come in. That takes determination to get to the park that early and then have to cater to guests needs all day. Then I walk in through the employee entrance to meet a security guard who has been standing there for God knows how long securing that post. Like Kat said, there are so many people that go unnoticed throughout the day that help the park to run smoothly every day. On those rainy days when the park is empty (except for us crazy enthusiasts) there are still those associates sweeping the park, emptying trash cans, standing out at the park tolls, monitoring the gold pass parking entrance, dealing with guests until their ride can open again, cleaning up their shops and food areas. There are some very dedicated employees out there ranging from rides, games, and security who will do anything to help the guest have a great day. Yeah the park is not exploding with great service as we all see with that occasional associate not having the best day. But there are those hidden gems that do the smallest things so guests can enjoy themselves. ]Have you ever thought about the associate that let you in through the front gate that asked how your day was? What about that associate that handed you that free cup of ice water with a smile across their face? Or the associate that gave your child a high five after getting off a ride? Or that associate that makes you laugh when they are spieling while the train leaves the station? Guest Relations is literally right on your way out of the park. Why not catch the name of an associate and mention them to the GR associates?
  17. They do use the line for HH. It is now the line for Flight Deck. Instead of closing Flight Deck for HH like they did last year, the line goes through SOB's line, through one of the switchbacks and then one of the silver hand rails are gone, you continue down towards the exit of Flight Deck but right before you start to go over the bridge you take a left (not through the cut through from the exit to the line) and then you are in the line right before you head up the stairs towards the candy machine. Make sense? Probably not but I tried. I think I understand how they are using the line... but does that mean when you are exiting you are cutting through the line? Kinda, there is a wide open space where there is no line where the people that exit can just go back in line. But it's not like they are cutting a big line.

  19. Why do you say that? Because they have so much land to build on? (sarcasm) Kings Dominion and Carowinds are getting huge coasters.

What about a Vekoma SLC? I actually enjoy those coasters. Mind Eraser at SFNE was always fun and the head banging wasn't as bad. But the SLC at SFKK is horrible compared to the others I have been on.

We need a good B&M Invert. I love the forces on those things. I would even settle for a Batman clone! Those things pull some serious g's and are so fun.
  22. I was confused about this at first but then it hit me. If you buy a 2009 pass why wouldn't you be able to use it for 2009? The brand new 2010 passes are the ones that only get you the one visit for 2009.
  23. My favorites this year are Trail of Terror and Club Blood. Least favorite is Corn Stalkers.
  24. I went through Slaughter House for the first time last night. We got in line for it at about 6:15 and we got in at about 7:15 after they had to let in all the VIP people in before us. If it weren't for them it would have been a shorter wait. It wasn't very foggy in there when I went and I thought it was really good. The little hallways with all the white tarps hanging down and you can't see a thing was pretty cool. My friend works at Cut Throat so I've been through it a couple times. She is the best part of the whole maze. Even if I didn't know her it still would be the best part. She is the one on the bed about halfway through the maze as a distraction. I would wait in line for these two but I will never wait in line for Corn Stalkers again. Wow that was completely horrible this year. Only one person made me jump. The rest were so noticeable and the whole maze was very open when it is much scarier in tight enclosed spaces.
