Wow, there are so many people in here!! I can like barely see.

I'll be on-hand today for the announcement will keep you guys updated. It's only 2 1/2 hours away but it feels like forever!! Anyone wanna guess what those numbers mean?

Does anyone know how much land Holiday World covers back into the woods there? I'm curious. I also wonder if there has been any land clearing lately someone can report on?

I found something very very interesting on the Holiblog today. When Paula started laying down hints for the Voyage when it was debuting, she showed a picture of fireworks, but when you flipped it upside down you could vaugely see a turkey. No one picked up on this until after the announcement. I went searching around and found a tiny Proslide logo flipped upside down on Will's desk in one of the pictures. I'm gonna call it as being a Proslide HydromagneticRocket. But that's just my best guess. It could always be a false clue though. Example being Paula's "vertigo" hint last year.

I agree that a PM could be sent if a topic is removed. It would be very convienent. The mods have a heavy job to do, let's not critize. There is a TOS you know. And a search fucntion, for a reason.

Diamondback by far!!! Beast is a decent ride, but Diamondback is the best thing I've ever ridden!

We will very likely see a new coaster in 2011. Not 2010. Holiday World got Raven in 1996. Then a new coaster every five years proceding Raven. 1996: Raven 2001: Legend 2006: Voyage 2011: ??????? The point is that you really cannot pinpoint what they will get in 2010, because Pilgrims Plunge could be classifyed as both a Splashin' Safari ride, as well as a Holiday World ride. Technically speaking, PP might as well be classifyed as a Holiday World ride because it is located in the Thanksgiving area. But the cycle of water park; theme park theory isn't quite as true as some might think.

I personally agree that they really aren't missing much. They are known for thier wooden coasters, and they do extremely well in that department! But a steel coaster would be a nice addition as well, if they can do it right. If they don't do it just right they might ruin some of the magic and feel of the park. I feel like the nagging of many coaster enthusiests will sway Holiday World into building a steelie. Holiday is known for perfection, I'm sure they will do it just right!

It wouldn't surprise me if some of these complainers of Son of Beast choose choice 1.

Good to hear I'm not the only one getting sick of the same people constantly crying about the pain in every SOB thread. I think it funny these people claim they hate the ride, but yet they spend their whole lives talking about how much they hate it. At least you don't hear SOB fans crying to take out their least fav rides, as much as the SOB haters do Perfectly said.

I personally think most of you here are overexaggerating the roughness of this ride way too much, plus I don't mind a decently rough woodie, but when it gets to the point where I break a bone, I won't ride it. But I would be deeply saddened if SOB were to be sold. I ride this ride about 3 times each visit! My second favorite ride behind Diamondback of coarse!

Um, LOL, I guess..
