Has anyone ever actually seen a decent AE, FD, FoF, or Vortex POV? KI has videos, but none of them are POVs.

^I have a hard time believing that it's the official CF YouTube... did you see the "OUTER LIMITS: Flight of Fear" on the FoF video? CF would NEVER upload that. Edit: And SoB has a loop, and BLSC has a PKI logo clearly visible. CF needs to do a HD POV for every coaster at KI, including FoF (lights on, of course). That would cut down on enthusiasts trying to bring their camera on a ride, especially with FoF.

There's one by BLSC, KI Theater is one, I think Action Theater might be one. There are others.

We already have a LaRosa's, and Panda Express could easily be relocated somewhere else in the park. (A certain building by Vortex comes to mind...)

You do know that's also the entrance building, right? Yes. I could easily see them removing it- or even changing the existing one- to give it a less dated look.
