As long as he has the season pass voucher, he can process it by himself. He doesn't need the credit card that was used, but it would be a good idea if he had the confirmation number from your order in case there's an issue.

Is there ANYTHING you like about Soak City? I suspect that the fee is there so people don't sign up then never show up...

They are gold pass vouchers, they shouldn't have trouble processing them.

Kroger pass vouchers are gold passes. They can take those and get them processed at the park.

They only had two coasters rides open since 2009... it's been DB/Beast and WS/Vortex.

Do the drink vouchers have an expiration date on them?

They are giving out brochures with the website in the park now.

Also, that voucher gets you free parking ONCE. You have to get it processed before you can use it for free parking again.
