Oh the irony....
A member on an amusement park enthusiast forum that chose the name CedarPointer posting about generic names.....
It's a joke from Paddlewheel Excursions!
I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned Tokyo Disneyland yet. Watching a video of some of the TDL rides is more entertaining than riding some of the American versions.
Really. Nevermind, oops.
I would also give anything to visit EPCOT Center in the early 90's.
ahh, still a nice job c: what is the age to work the rides, as in ride ops.
If it hasn't changed since 2010, 16.
Edit: By the way, they won't consider interviewing until you're the minimum age for a position, unless that's changed since last year.
1. They'll email you if they are interested in interviewing. It depends on which departments you applied for.
2. They'll ask you questions about being part of a team, what you would bring to the team, etc. It's not a hard interview as long as you seem excited about the job and don't say anything really bad.
3. I believe it involves leading the characters around so they're not tripping over children.
4. That's available on the KI website: http://www.visitkingsisland.com/jobs/summer-jobs
Check your PMs.
I think that was a holder for a QTV.
You can see the domed top of the one covering part of the Eiffel Tower. It's the same type they used in the rest of Action Zone in 1999.
Wasn't the power out to the tolls and the marquee sign by KI Drive? And a good portion was still open... I was in Coney Mall and didn't even know about it until a few hours later.
I think the way they explain that one now is that since there's indoor attractions and shows, and things will reopen when the rain is over, the park is technically still open so they don't need to give refunds/rainchecks.
