Actually, I'm guilty of that. On Opening Day, I rode Diamondback for the second time on the left seat in the very back. I then rode it one car ahead 30 minutes later through the single rider line after a hot day and being nauseous after the second ride. The back gets more airtime and throws you a little more. It's an oxymoron, but I'm a weak-stomached coaster enthusiast. I walked to a garbage can and a few minutes later (not trying to be too graphic) I had a protein spill. It was for a good cause, though, because my brother and nephew were supposed to come that day, but couldn't and I got them both First Rider t-shirts.

I've ridden 5 times so far mostly in either the front or the back and haven't touched the middle yet. I have to say that the back seat is better in my opinion. The airtime is simply AMAZING!

You might be a KI addict if you carry a map of Kings Island in your computer bag. 100TH POST!

I'll ride with you and Kat if I get the chance. I'd love to be part of your fun-loving group. I'll be taking advantage of the backstage tours too.

Don't feel too awkward. If you noticed the seats on Diamondback are tilted back a little bit. I'm 6"3' tall and my feet BARELY touched the floor of the car.

I'll be at the park on June 2nd for my birthday. I hope to see you there. I'll chime in with King Cobra. I'm not a big fan of what's there right now - Delirium.

It'll probably be this weekend. The scanner here at Mount St. Joe's SUCKS! I couldn't really blow my Diamondback photo up worth anything. The reason I bought the SOB pic is because it's so ghastly lol! The darn thing threw me off because the photo is taken where the loop used to be!

For the season, I hope to ride every coaster at KI at least once. My signature says what I've been on so far. I'd also like to break 20 coasters this year. On my birthday (June 2nd), l hope to get a combined 24 rides of any and everything that I like in because I'll be 24 years old.

Yeah, that is kind of ironic! I like Terpy's idea for a calendar. Also, maybe someone could start a new topic if they're going to the park like a week ahead of time from when they're going to KI or any other amusement park.

With ERT, I got on the ride in about 20 minutes. It would have been 5 to 10 minutes if I didn't have to walk in between all the rails.

I've only been to Kings Island and Lesourdesville Lake when it was Americana, and I wanna go to Cedar Point SO BAD. So... 1. The Beast 2. Diamondback 3. Firehawk 4. Invertigo 5. Son of Beast

Sorry to hijack the costume convo , but it's good to hear there's at least one person not concerned about the D-back crew seeing our DB loving faces many, many times!! I told the supervisor running the SRL last night that next week I'd wear my single rider shirt. I'm sure she'll be sick of seeing it after a while, but maybe she won't pester me about whether I'm really a single rider or not! Don't worry about her too much Kat. Just enjoy all your rides on the marvel that is Diamondback.

I think it's hilarious that Single Rider Bob is inspiring you to actually wear a cape and mask and do marathon rides on Diamondback! Then again, Diamondback is a great ride.
