Delirium is not pulling anymore G's then it has in the past.

Not bad. However, there were too many shots of the same thing and a steadier hand would have helped as well. I always liked videos that matched the tempo of the song and this video didn't seem to do that. Nice song selection though.

Siebert was awesome! Schlitterbahn really has a gem with Siebert on their staff.

I never understood why people complain about the walk to Top Gun when, what do you do all day at an amusement park anyways? Walk.

Just trust me when I say it DOES NOT happen. Cool, rainy, hot, sunny, snowing....It doesn't matter. It doesn't happen.

Something I noticed nobody mentioned was that if he had a hard time fitting on Wicked Twister there's a chance he might have trouble fitting on Drop Zone. The restraints are the same but the seat belt positioning is different so I can't say for certain if he'll fit. Best of luck!

Actually, according to 'DeLorean Rider, The Beast does get to 70 mps (see below). Also, The Beast's top speed is said to be 64.8 mph on RCDB. I can't decide if I'd like to ride The Beast going 70 mph or now. I think it'd be a lot of fun, but yet painful. Well "DeloreanRider" is wrong. Beast does not go 70 MPH. It might have hit 70MPH back in the 70's or 80's (which I doubt) but it doesn't come anywhere close to 70 these days

Beast reaching 60-70 MPH? Your too funny

A couple things.....First, consulting the Gravity Group and throwing their new trains on Beast isn't the "smart thing" to do. In fact, thats probably the most assine thing to do. If its not broke, don't fix it. Second, since when does Vortex, Flight of Fear, and Son of Beast currently have trim brakes? Thats news to me. Now for my two cents about The Beast. I consider Beast to be overated and nothing more than a really big Adventure Express up until one part. Having said that, the coaster itself is a massive achievement and the double helix is still one of the best moments on any coaster I've ridden and continues to be to this day. When it comes to the trims, they are there and they aren't going anywhere anytime soon so theres nothing anyone can do about it. All the moaning and groaning in the world won't help in getting the trim brakes removed from The Beast.

Or perhaps they were thought of by certain individuals but those individuals were never granted permission?

Those registration fees are a bit much. Pretty close to being rediculous actually. No thanks.

Diamondback Construction Thread (Updated 3-19-09)
AZ Kinda Guy replied to BoddaH1994's topic in Kings Island
Don't do it. The switchbacks were open/closed for a reason. -

The removal of the splashdown effect on BLSC had nothing to do with the track or being over engineered. Think more along the lines of the trains. -

Not most likely. That IS the reason. -

It's not silver. The wrapping used to protect it during shipping is still on it. -
What don't you get? You stated earlier that you had two safety violations that were within weeks of each other. It's not that hard to figure out.

Hehe, those days were a LONG time ago...

Not a big resale/merch fan. My rides days were good times.

Thanks for the info. I was just curious because my wife and I were married on the Carnival Fascination.

Dominator's new color scheme revealed
AZ Kinda Guy replied to KDCOASTERFAN's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Probably the same reason why the lift supports on Diamondback are painted a different color. To make make it stand out. -
That other ship didn't happen to be the Carnival Fascination did it?
