  4. My son was at 46 in the fall, I have not measured him lately to see if it has made it to the magical 48" mark yet. If so, we will be making some more trips to KI for he and I to get some fun in!

  6. Like with any business, the answer you are looking for here is whatever is most profitable for CF.I wish there would have been a picture of one of these "ultra-cold aluminum Frost Flow bottle" Sounds cool!
  7. It seems to be fine on Chrome and IE9 on my machine. Has everyone cleared their cache and manually reloaded the page with a F5?
  8. Thanks Dane! I would love to see the "new for 2007" removed and new links added for 2012!
  9. Thanks for posing Standbyme! It is always cool to see these even if it is not all that old!
  10. Galaxi was my first steel coaster. Cornball is probably my favorite there though!
  11. I just noticed the 2012 calendar on their site. http://indianabeach.com/pages/indianabeach_calendar
  12. Thanks for sharing your day with us, storks and all!
  13. I am very eager to get up close to it and see the new paint job as well!
  14. I look every season and have not seen one in years. I would have one for every work day of the week if they sold them. I have totally wore out my Beast 25th anniversary polo's that I got years ago!
  15. What are you looking forward to the most in the 2012 season? With an extended ERT session, new shows, a new Soak City, new food options, and being KI's 40th anniversary season there is a lot of things to be excited about this year! Here is what is listed for the ERT lineup - Early rides include: Diamondback, Invertigo, Eiffel Tower, Flying Ace Aerial Chase, Woodstock Whirlybirds, Boo Blasters on Boo Hill, Linus’ Launcher, Great Pumpkin Coaster, Charlie Brown’s Wind Up and Surf Dog. I am looking forward to all the new rides in the ERT lineup and bringing over my kids to enjoy ERT in PS. I am also looking forward to the new food options and trying those out. I am also excited to see the 40th anniversary spirit wear, and hoping I find a polo with the logo on it!
  16. Aw darn, I guessed 1980. I was way further off than you, I guessed 1992!
  17. The KIC team for Coasting for Kids only has 5 members, but we are in 2nd place in donations right now! Here is list of KIC members and their pages if you would like to donate! Any KIC team member would love for a donation for our team. An even better way to help would be to join our team and participate in the event! http://www.firstgiving.com/process/teamarea/default.asp?did=1785&teamid=182053 Thank you for everyone's support for this awesome event!
  18. Nice article. Very excited about where they are putting their focus, and am confident Mr. Ouimet is on the right track. I do hope there is a mix of new thrill rides as well along with the family rides to keep the thrill seekers and families alike coming!
  19. I liked it, but it might get old quick if played a lot.
  20. Thanks for posting Terpy! Looks fun!
  21. For those that do not have twitter and interested in today's trivia, the question today was "What year were season passes introduced at Kings Island?" The answer: "Kings Island season passes were introduced the year The Beast opened in 1979." This really needs to be on the KIC history timeline!
  22. I posted this in the "Guests say the darnedest things" thread last year, but in the queue for DB some kid reported a squirrel rode DB. The story went that the squirrel jumped on someones back on the lift hill, rode on their shoulder the whole ride, and then jumped into the pond during the splashdown and the squirrel was fine. Every adult was just laughing at that story. I even asked the kid to repeat it again to make sure I heard the story correctly. What an imagination!
  23. My page is live as well. I am at $70.00 already! Here is my page, thanks to all those willing to donate! http://www.firstgiving.com/fundraiser/bradperdue/KingsIsland Here is the video I made at last years event!
