I actually think KI is going to have to build a new coaster and open it during the winter to keep us from rioting in the offseason!

I actually feel like they'd attach the Six Flags name to the beginning of it. After all, it's Six Flags Magic Mountain, not Six Flags Los Angeles; or Six Flags Great Adventure, not Six Flags New Jersey. Or they could do "Kings Island: A Six Flags Park" like they did with Great Escape and La Ronde. Although I read that SIX is not allowed to use DC and Time Warner characters in parks that aren't branded "Six Flags _____." I would've loved to ride Zodiac. Why was it removed from KI in the first place?

I was thinking the time was 9:30 AM Eastern... I was thinking, "Why would it be that early?" Glad it isn't. Glad it's after I get home from work as well.

The Crypt isn't at Kings Island. It used to be.

Or it would probably mean a beefier structure and/or heavier duty/bigger bearings and/or bigger shafts and bigger motors, which in turn leads to higher initial cost for the park and possibly more sensors (I'd imagine you would want more redundancy as the ride size increases) that could act up and lead to downtime. Or downtown, which, coincidentally enough, is what my phone tried to correct "downtime" to. For the record, no ride at Kings Island has experienced downtown, ever.

Parts around Eagle Creek Park are pretty hilly. The Indianapolis area is mostly flat, however.

Speaking of keeping your hands and feet inside the ride vehicle at all times, isn't that technically required by law in Ohio? I assume all manufacturers of rides recommend that.

Ride American Eagle, Viper, and maybe even Little Dipper. This may be your last chance to ride them, looking at other Six Flags parks...

Did they close Rolling Thunder for any reason besides them seemingly not wanting wooden coasters anymore?

It's a very nice plan. I noticed during my trip how Hollywood and Sunset Blvds fit the normal Disney experience, while the rest of the park is like a studio.

I don't think that will help you get on FoF any faster... at least for now.

Whatever it is, I hope it fits in with its surroundings.

As far as I know, it's only recently started having troubles. Unlike The Crypt and SoB, which had issues throughout their lifetimes... I don't see a reason to remove it unless there's no way to fix the issues. KD's FoF seems to be perfectly fine.

Did FoF reopen? Would someone on KIC be willing to check if it's open tomorrow if they're heading to the park?
