Was a great park day indeed. Nice group of people and some fun rides for sure. I wasn't gonna blab about your Vortex "issues" so I'm glad you did, lol. Great report and pictures.

The drives are shaped like a shirt and have Kings Island on them. Buying the drive gets you 4 pictures for the price of 3.

We have made a game out of it by coming up with ways to avoid them. 7 times so far without being asked once though. They seem to only to target groups of people the most and it is out of control.

Well, Holiday World does lots of things cheaper or free but I'm not sure what that has to do with flash drive photos at KI.

They play Right Now from Van Halen at Drop Tower.

Would make more sense to just issue a new punch card vs another drive.

Very breezy day at the park and WS is running just fine. It was VERY windy on it up top. They said on FB that the ride can operate in 15 mph winds but didn't give a max speed.

The biggest picture on mine is 643kb. Checking the properties of the drive on my PC it says it is 500MB and only 2.5 is used. Not sure why they make you buy a new one when there is plenty of room left. Perhaps the person we talked to was misinformed.

There was also a post made about the ride being down for "maintenance" at some point. I think they are still working the bugs out is all. Hopefully it is running tomorrow

According to the people complaining on Facebook they were told the ride cannot operate in a wind above 10mph.

Isn't the park lagging behind too much for a large coaster to debut at the start of next season? Seeing as Dollywood already has land cleared and parts being delivered for their 2012 Coaster.

Ok. I'm getting very excited for this now. Perhaps we will wait until next year to make a trip down there.

You gotta remember though, one person's 3 is anothers 10. My daughter is terrified of Adventure Express and my brother almost passed out on a log flume, lol.

Aside from the 2 in PS, my daughter (8 YO) is terrified (Literally) of every Coaster except for BLSC. She absolutely LOVES this ride. It is very smooth and the darkness is what makes it fun. She should be fine

We were in line for DB during the fireworks. Ended up scoring a ride on the last train of the night. Was a VERY energetic group on that ride and we had a blast
