Why do they need to remove parking? There is a LOT of space for rides at KI.

I wonder what the Trains look like? My guess is they are solid red.

All the folks that come here for vacation? There is no Income Tax in the state but they have ways of dealing with that. Cost us nearly $800 to Title/Register our 2 cars. Over half of that was just for the plates. I don't believe it costs that much to stamp out a thousand plates let alone two. The state welcomes all newcomers for a very specific reason.

I'm sure it was just easier and cheaper for them to have it all covered in one solid color. No masking, no trimming, etc. Just go crazy with Red and make sure it covers EVERYTHING.

Except in his case he was told this by a Supervisor as well.

Well, to be fair, there is only so much one can do with such a large are of Concrete and Pavers. One giant parking lot with some Trees here and there isn't gonna be much more than a Shopping Mall. One has to work with what they are given.

If the park would properly train their employees BEFORE they open for the season one wouldn't have that "experience". I remember seeing the pass holder discount for souvenir cups on signage throughout the park last season. On a side note, here is my receipt for a less than $25 purchase, it was given to me without any issues.

There is NO excuse for tossing new employees to the wolves. The park has plenty of advance notice of when it opens. No reason someone should not know how the darn register works. Unless of course, they JUST started. That is unacceptable as well.

I was reading some things on there yesterday. Was mainly the same old stuff. People complaining about high prices and unsafe rides that catch on fire. Those high price folks should come to FL some time where it is gonna cost you over a hundred bucks just to get in the gates.

This kind of scares me lol My mom bought me one of the cups online lol Well, to be fair, our issue was caused by an Employee that had no clue at all what they were doing. They messed up the scanning process. Surely by now the park has worked on ensuring all the food service employees are on the same page. Surely.

Ah yes, the joys of opening day. I don't miss that, lol.

I hope the redemption process goes easier for you than it did for my family the one time we tried it. Took 30 minutes and a trip to Guest Services to work it all out. After all that we noticed that the cups were the same price (at the park) for pass holders that we paid online.

Busch Gardens Tampa: New ride watch

Water rides and Paper Passes. What an odd combo. -
Nothing at that link suggests that anything is actually being built. A quick Google search for Huayi Brothers Movie World turned up nothing but movie info. They want to spend "several hundred million dollars" co-producing movies. Me personally, I believe they would be better off putting that money towards their Air Quality.

Busch Gardens Tampa: New ride watch

Just got my Platinum Pass last weekend and made my first visit to BGT. Not much to see and I was bummed to not be able to ride the train. The folks (some of them anyways, Terp) on the fansites are saying it is going to be a MACK Spinning Coaster. I cannot really handle spinning rides, especially tight circles, so I am hoping it is anything but that. -
Well, lets be honest here. The Re Theme was nothing more than some new paint and a new sign.

Well, you don't have to actually run. That said, in my Army days, there was no better way to start the day than with a nice run.
-
I find it to be your typical crappy pop music that this country is addicted to.
-
What does paint have to do with it? King Cobra.
-
Ugh, that highly annoying song makes me anything but happy.
-
And I'd recommend you not worry about what I post. Have a nice day. Anyway I won't waste my time or money on Kentucky Kingdom as i do not value that park at $40 for a day if that's indeed what pricing is when it comes out. That is pretty much the same reason why I did not visit the park last year.

Most all Automatics these days have the option of being shifted manually. In the old days they had D,2 and L for this purpose.
