Top Gun (1993 - 2007) Flight Deck (2008 - 2013) The Bat (2014 - ?)

I have used the same Platinum Pass and Picture since the 2010 season. So this would have been the 4th season using the same card with same picture!

My guess they probably won't start painting till early spring, can they actually paint the coaster now and have the paint turn out good?

The Beast for me, got off the ride at 7:01 lol. But I Rode Vortex 7 times on Closing day lol! It's going to be a long winter!

I can Confirm that there was No Flight deck Decals on any car of the 2 trains that were running on Sunday. Also, Yes indeed, the landing strip tape has been removed on the brake run.. I have said it before, the logos have not been on the front of the train on Flight Deck for a few years. Guests were picking them off while riding in the front car, so they just removed them entirely! As far as the flight deck tape, it is no longer there but you can still tell where it was, I'm assuming it just wore away, similar to the paint on the ground back by Firehawk and Flight of Fear, when it was made to look like a runway!

I have a feeling the park will be Packed, esp as it gets closer to the start of Haunt. Tomorrow is last night for Haunt of the season!

I think they just got faded so badly by the sun they were removed!

Nope sorry, King Cobra track is no longer on property. It was Scrapped shortly after Cedar Fair purchased the park!

I operated Bond in 2000, and 7th Portal and Smash Factory in 2001. I had those things memorized lol!

And look how bad it was faded to pink! You can hear King Cobra in the back ground....( Flat on the Floor as you Ride the King Cobra).....oh Memories!

Top Gun was painted it's currently color at the end of 1998 season to debut with the all new Paramount Action Zone in 1999. King Cobra was also repainted at the same time!

Vortex was fully repainted in 2001, I was on the crew while it was being pained during the week before daily operation started!

Nope The Beast parking is in the North Parking lot and has always been in the North Parking lot every since they renamed the rows after rides!

Didn't Diamondback parking replace Son of Beast parking? I know WindSeeker parking replaced Gold Pass parking!

I think they are simply cleaning it up! That stuff has been un touched for over 10 years or so now! That area under the station looked awful, I could just see this has just removing the entire que section all together. I guess time will tell!

What's wrong with wanting to go to 6300 Kings Island Drive, Kings Island, Ohio 45034 From Atlanta?

Yeah Fast Lane is great for people who don't visit the park very often and if the park is very busy. I'm a regular and don't see the need for me to shell out the Money on something that wouldn't really be worth it to me. However if I would happen to go to another Cedar Fair park that I don't venture to often, I may be willing to buy it!

I don't think they have any plans of reusing the Thunder Alley cars for a future Go-Cart attraction, if they did they wouldn't have left them outside in the elements for the past year!

I have never seen them assign seats for Fast Lane users, however Flight of Fear, and Firehawk may be an exception, I don't ride those rides much as usually the lines are between 1 and 2 hours long! Backlot probably will assign seats as well!

I think it has to do with the fact that KI allows minors to operate rides. At Cedar Point you must be 18 to operate rides!

Adventure Express used to park trains on the lift too back when they ran 3 train operation!

Yes it's still Action Zone!!!!! Just not Paramount Action Zone which was the official name of the area!

That Yellow paints looks horrible now, after 5 summers of being Baked in the sun!

I think all of the old Paramount Parks have the No Reentry policy! And I wonder if all parks will let you scan your pass for reentry next year? We know how they like to test some new stuff at KI!
