He probably considers it paramount. Seven birthdays are bigger than six flags.?

I like how that first shot makes it look like the drop on Flight Deck hasn't been built yet.

just a few questions :) If anyone has answers I'd love to find out

Coney Potato Works and the Planet Snoopy Grill have corn dogs according to the Kings Island website dining page. I don't have an answer on how much they run, or how much they cost. -
For the most part, no... but Tatsu has inversions and eventually drops 263 feet.

Did Kings Island not want a B&M Invert in the mid-90s?

Anyone ever see whether WPAFB has an airplane on display called the Douglas A-24 Banshee? It is a dive bomber aircraft...

I've never really studied this, but I have heard that people are taller after sleeping than they are at the end of a day. Not a large difference, like less than half an inch, but it could explain the not being able to later in the day.

I don't think any coaster would cause Diamondback to get so few guests that they couldn't fill the trains just as much now. The ridership numbers are the same whether the line is a hundred people deep, or a couple thousand people deep all day long. (and at 9:45pm, Diamondback's line is almost always short, so there isn't a huge crowd keeping the ride open for hours extra.)

I rode it today, once on each side and towards the back half. Going through keyholes to me wasn't as exciting as the one on X-Flight. I think probably because it happens really quick after the last element, and by the time I realize it was time, we were already through. X-flight gave about a second longer before going through their tower. I did like the near miss on the return behind the gate towers, at least on the left side. The area looks fresh and better than how it did before. This included a concrete plaza that connects to the Wicked Twister area, and made me feel more like I was at Valleyfair for a few seconds. Even looking through the fence at Lake Erie looked like a giant empty parking lot until I came back. Thrills connect?

I read something about that, I think they had someone hop a plane from Europe overnight with a replacement part. // Cedar Fair has mentioned something about having more family friendly rides, maybe they noticed at Kings Dominion more people were gawking at the race car in front of the ride than actually riding the Intiman-Intimidator. (At least when I was there). The B&M Carowintimidator is the quite the popular ride for all.

Sounds like they are one step ahead of Joyland in the other K state.

Right now Gatekeeper is running, TTD and and Maverick are both down...

I don't know about what you are asking, but it says 'is a steel launched roller coaster'... should it instead be 'launched steel roller coaster'? (The way it is now reads to me like steel is the type of launch)

Cedar Fair Is Not Disney--Motley Fool

He said he has no other wing coasters on the menu, but that some of the details will play themselves out in other parks. He mentioned the front entrance flyover interaction as important in another question. That and the keyhole elements are possible for future? I did take it to mean KI-14 will not be a winged coaster. -

Just before you get to the top of any hill, the train goes quite a bit slower than 55mph. A strong wind like today slows it down even more, and it falls back. -
Steel Dragon 2000 receives B&M trains

I did find two four-leaf clovers the same weekend. Maybe I got lucky. -
Steel Dragon 2000 receives B&M trains

The one time I rode this ride, I actually enjoyed it. Quite a bit, and my head didn't even hit the restraints. (I rode in the front of the last car, and there were only two other people on the train.)The Ninja by St. Louis though, I don't plan to ever ride again...even for all the free scooby snacks in the world. -

That sounds like it would be used at Worlds of Fun, now together with Oceans of Fun. -
IRON MAN coming to Disneyland Park?
kblanken replied to bkroz's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Thanks... that makes it quite strange that Six Flags are asking about adding an Iron Man attraction. -
Wild indeed, but for all you Wing Riding hopefuls, the last line could mean KI might get a Wing Rider before Carowinds does. If Carowinds does get a Wing Rider, I just hope Cedar Fair does not theme it to the Wright Brothers. They were using them as part of their WindSeeker ad. Not only is Kitty Hawk closer to Kings Dominion than to Charlotte, the Wright Brothers should arguably be given credit instead to the southwestern Ohio park they have.

IRON MAN coming to Disneyland Park?
kblanken replied to bkroz's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
Something interesting in the latest Six Flags survey they sent me, it seems SIX is trying to find out how interested people are in an Iron Man themed ride. I guess they could be allowed to use them, because Iron Man is a comic book character first? Even if Disney uses them too? -
My favorite flew south for the winter about a decade ago. Of the current rides, one of the out-and-back coasters is my favorite.
