The Coliseum is on the National Register of Historic Places. Shouldn't the word Coliseum be capitalized? That does seem like a strange place to put a dark ride.

Every ride...excepting water rides? -
The Front Gate cam is tilted a small amount clockwise, and all the pink Snoopy toys are in the bottom right corner of the fountains, giving me the illusion the whole park is at an angle.

The lighting packages do put on a nice show at night, though. -
Sooperdooperlooper, Comet, and a water flume are also in that photo.

This sounds like fun, and so does the KIC event two days after it. I probably can't go to both, and maybe not either of them, but I'll try for at least one of them.

Knotts.com lists it as currently closed. -
Stricker's doesn't use orange lap bars, but a black single position bar. Gwazi uses Millenium Flyers. (and doesn't have orange bars)

I don't think that is accurate, is it? I thought Twister was a Knoebels in-house build.

Inside the dinosaurs! There was another reason they brought in a Sauroposeidon this year.

Something like this would get me to visit ASAP. Otherwise, it isn't likely I'll visit again. Not to say that 'Supes' is bad, but if I'm going northeast to ride a big IntaSuperman, I'd rather Agawam.

Hmmm, not too long ago there were surveys from Six Flags asking me if I thought Scooby Doo was something they should keep. I guess it isn't completely impossible that they are changing over and getting picked up by Kings Island.

That's unfortunate you only were able to ride one coaster. I hope the Frontier Flyers didn't sour you on the flying scooter rides...those are probably the second worst version of them I have ever tried.

Cool, thanks! I'll keep an eye on when they might have an event. -kblanken, a trains within grocery store enthusiast. I've been in some Wegman's with model trains set up above some aisles in their stores, and now get disappointed with every other store that doesn't have one.

Maybe Don wants to be rider number 100,000,000.

They don't use that non-stop loading process, they switched it back to the normal way this year. -

On several of the turns, the track is sideways, so falling out of the side of the ride would be like falling up away from the seat...If that is what happened. (edit to try and have my words make sense) -
If so, then it is a rideable attraction in a different location. Now I want to ride it.

The monorail at Jungle Jim's isn't rideable from what I've seen, just decorative.

If I remember correctly, the restraints don't make a click on this ride. Anyone else that has been on it remember? -
There is a post office in Ross, which is within Butler County, and is the nearest post office. Stricker's Grove is located just inside of Hamilton County, but Ross is the given mailing address, even though it is outside of the actual designated boundaries of Ross.

If they were they offering platinum passes at a rate of $149 for this year, then I missed out. Mine was $164 to get a renewal at the end of April, with a non-renewal costing $170. (Plus $6 Accesso fees) Now I see that it is $195 to get a platinum pass, new or renewal.

GateKeeper Restraints

I wouldn't describe it as pushing down, but more of a squeezing sensation. It happens to only some people, while others don't notice anything. Some similar news, X-Flight's vest stayed loose on me the whole ride last week. It was nice being able to fully notice how enjoyable that ride is.
