(I remember reading that FoF had a backstage tour and they talked about LIM thingys...; or if someone is a mechanical LIM-expert they could answer) Supposing some of the LIM launchers are faulty, does the ride not launch? (As an alternative to launching, but at a slower velocity.) As much grief as this site gives Prince George's banners; it gives the impression that the park would let the ride run at fewer than full LIMness if they could. -

But how few of those guests are actually increasing their spending with that extra time? Who goes to an amusement park these days with the intent of buying things beyond the necessary? -
Without knowing whether these people were actually in their car, or having a picnic in the asphalt or whatever, I can't pretend that Kings Island is evil, but if they actually are going around telling people that eating inside their vehicle is forbidden, then they really need to offer some legitimate food. // Note to Kings Island- Thank you for the fruit being sold between The Racer and Adventure Express. It was much appreciated when I needed something to eat at the park.

Ouch! I enjoy Magic Mountain, but have never tried to visit during the hot season. I don't know how I would like that kind of weather. A lot of people seem to mention a lack of flats there, but what they have is quite comparable to Kings Island. Excluding the Snoopy rides, of which Kings Island has a preponderance... Both parks- Swinging ship Wave swings Observation Tower Scrambler Bumper Cars Funicular or Railroad Water Rapids Water ride with a big drop Water Flume Drop Tower Grand Carousel Catenary Arch drop up-charge Slingshot up-charge SFMM- Musik Express Teacups Round-Up KI- Dark Ride Monster Giant Frisbee WindSeeker (and a Troika...)

Yeah...(assuming the Ride Record Book doesn't show errors) Two years ago there were about 1.13 million rides on The Beast. Going by that number, it would be around the end of the season. Did The Beast really have a ~30% increase in riders last year?? -

Based on the Ride Record Book and my calculations... The Beast will hit ride 50,000,000 soon. (Starting the season at 48,882,975. Ride needs 1,117,025 riders to hit 50 million. Last year gave 1,533,201 rides. If the exact number of rides are happening this year, that would be ~73% of the way through the season. Maybe next Sunday?) -

I agree about how the hatred towards Magic Mountain is unwarranted, but the shuddering might be in regards to calling the park a 'Theme' Park. (At least from what I remember from reading that poster's posts.) -

Why there, do erratic wind patterns form down Coney Mall and converge into that location?

After reading through the 63 or so log entries, is it certain that the entire log isn't just an ostentatious journal describing The Voyage coaster? At the least, I don't think each day is meant to have a clue hidden inside, but the entries seem to repeat the same sentiment, over and over, dragging on too long, when it should have just put some strong laterals...
