It seems like I made a topic similar to this a few weeks ago....Hmmmm.....

We'll Its been a while since I've posted a new question because, we'll..... The new members have been making quite a few new ones . But anyway...... Do you like the route that the train takes at Kings Island? Do you wish it was different? If Kings Island took up all the train tracks and put new ones, Where would you rather that the train took you?

As I have said before, I would Love to get a new wooden roller coaster at Kings Island.

I know that it was alot more interesting back in the day like you said, Because before I was a member, I browsed this site almost daily just to see what everyone had posted . I feel like I have been a member longer than I have and the forums are quite a bit different then the time I started reading them around 2004.

I would probably have to go with Space Mountain, Tower of Terror, Expedition Everest, and California Screamin' at night.

I guess, I'll just have to buy it and put it in the backyard

Looks to me like it will be a great, fun ride. I can't wait until it opens, I think it could very we'll go on my top 10 favorite roller coasters list.

The Beast ride ops, and crew have been having a great time this year and have been keeping the awaiting riders very entertained.

At this point, Quite a few websites have put the leaked photos online.

Could certain roller coasters handle operating in such cold weather?

This is supposed to be the Tallest, Fastest, Longest, wing coaster in the world.

I have a feeling that this ride is going to be something incredible and something that is The Best of its kind.

It doesn't necessarily mean it's some massive coaster. I'm with you on that one, Just because it says record breaking doesn't always mean its a roller coaster. There are very many things it could be but the countdown to what it will be starts September 12.

Sorry to bring back such an old topic but............... Do you think Son of Beast would have lasted longer with tunnels?

We'll I guess if were talking about just Kings Island gear than I guess I have quite a bit...... I have a 2005 Paramounts Kings Island Souvenir bottle, 3 of the 40th anniversary souvenir bottles, one 2011 WindSeeker bottle, a BEAST mug from somewhere around 80', I have 3 1973 Kings Island glasses, a HUGE Diamondback collection, some KI cups from 1984, a Very Large scale model of Son of Beast, a ticket from every year leading to 2012, and probably the Largest BEAST collection in the world

There are quite a few topics being made like this lately, And I don't know why but they seem kind of uneeded. But I guess to answer your question, Watercoaster.

We all know the "Dippin' Dots Guy" but now we have a new friend, the "Flight Deck Man".

And when that happens, all you see is uneeded posts going down the rows of the forums. I myself post quite frequently but I Do Not post more than 1 new topic at a time.

So will someone please help me with something. What's the difference between a "noob" and a "Troll"? I thought a "troll" was someone who got on here and started arguments just to cause trouble. 'Fear Flier' simply seems to be new to these forums and doesn't understand protocols here yet, but others want to quickly label he/she a troll. Why? Isn't it a good idea to welcome 'noobs' here, help them with protocols, and make them comfortable to post instead of running them off by immediately calling them trolls? (which I understand is a very negative thing) I remember when I was a 'noob' here and everyone was really patient with my lack of education about these forums. Standbyme even made a great improvement to my Avatar.(thanks again) What happened? What happened? We'll it seems like it keeps getting harder and harder for new members to post anything at all on the forums, whether thats the answer to a question, a new topic, or just spelling something wrong. Some of the members that have been a part of KIC the longest seem to be the ones to jump on the case of the others the fastest.

If you would like me to answer the title of this thread for you I will...... Nobody knows besides possibly Cedar Fair, with what "will" take Son of Beast's place. By asking such a broad question, there is possibly only one broad answer. Nobody Knows.

I think that it would be a good change, If Kings Island decided to open back up the 50' Level.

Another good tip, for riding Vortex, to prevent some head banging is to keep your head firmly against the headrest as much as possible.
